After a horrible experience with Prospect, we signed up with WhiteKnights. We were kept informed of progress, and after several viewings had a successful sale. If only we had signed up with WhiteKnights intially!
We would not hesitate to recommend this office.

Hello, we needed to sell our property quickly but for as much as we could sell it for.
We discussed with WhiteKnights our circumstances and they suggested a realistic selling price to help sell the property quickly, but also at the same time not to undervalue it. Once we agreed a selling price they suggested a good website so we could cross check how much similar properties have sold for in the area - which we thought was very good and our suggested selling price was pretty much bang on.

Gary and Phil are extremely professional and Whiteknights have now provided us with a quality service twice. Communication was excellent throughout the sale helping to manage the chain and ensure there were no surprises during the sale of our house.
Gary and Phil always provide their honest opinion and are realistic in their valuations.
I would definitely use Whiteknights again.

I used Whiteknights in Lower Earley to sell my one bedroom house and couldn't fault them. They were quick to get the house on the market and organize viewings for prospective buyers. They kept us informed, but weren't pushy. This was a blessing as the estate agents we were buying through were the complete opposite making it very stressful at times. I usually have quite a negative, sterotypical view of estate agents in general, but I can honestly say they were genuinely friendly and had our best interests in mind, not just their final fee. I bought the same house initially through them 4years ago and I would definately use them again.

They are terrible. They dont get back to you with anything. No response. Have to wait and wait. And wait.
Keep stalling buyers. Poor sellers, I pity them.
