We have been renting a property with Whitegates Lettings in Beeston for the last five years. During this period, we have contacted them on several occasions to arrange work or fix minor issues. We have always found them very helpful and efficient. We have been especially impressed with their agent Louise Slater. She has handled the majority of our requests and has always done so in a very fast, friendly and profession manner.

This was the first time I had let a property out so I was unsure of the process. Initially I was going to contact a variety of estate agents to get a full management service quote then decide who to go with. I rang whitegates and was immediately impressed. I spoke to Graham Johnson who was genuinely interested in helping me, gave me all the info I needed and fantastic customer service. I knew then that I would not ring any other estate agent. If Graham and the other office staff could give such good service to me then I knew that they would be exactly the same when any potential tenants ring or visit to talk about my property. I was extremely confident that I chosen the best estate agent to deal. Throughout the process I had many queries and questions. I never felt uneasy picking up the phone and nothing was too much trouble. As Graham had predicted, within days of advertising my property, I had tenants. It all went very smoothly and I am very happy. Graham was amazing and is a credit to Whitegates. Thank you again.

i went through Whitgates Barnsley had they mad what i though would be a stressful job so much easier! i spoke to a few members off staff at the Barnsley branch and all were excellent in helping me into my new property many thanks :)

I recently purchased a property using this branch and found their service to be excellent. The agent I dealt with (kevin) kept me up to date with all proceedings and was always helpful and informative. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I would certainly recommend this branch to others, whether that be as a buyer or seller.

The service received was of a very high standard. We received regular updates as the processes of selling continued until the final completion to-day. We are very happy at the quality of service and will recommend others to use Whitegates in Brighouse.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Maureen at Whitegates was extremely helpful and assisted us throughout the process. House buying can be a complex, fraught and stressful ordeal at times. Our experience with Whitegates and Maureen in particular was very easy and straightforward. The communication and assistance we received ensured the whole process was smooth and stress free. I think other estate agents could learn a thing or two from Maureen about how to treat buyers. Small things made big differences, being kept informed at all times. The fact Maureen did everything in her power to help us when there were minor snags. All this added up to a stress free and dare I say an enjoyable experience! I would recommend Whitegates wholeheartedly and based on my experience with two house purchases from them all I can say is service second to none. People are quick to complain when they receive bad service so I think praise should be given for good service. In that respect I can't praise Maureen enough and wish her the very best. A pleasure to deal with.

Armond and Louise at Whitegates in Beeston have provided us with an excellent service that is still on going as I write this review. They have efficiently and professionally dealt with all aspects of our move and have accommodated all of our requests, questions, quieries and concerns with a care, attention to detail, and a personal touch that is rarely found in customer service these days.
I would fully recommend using their services because at the end of the day, you want to have good pepole who are willing to help and support you in a process that is fraught with difficulties and pit falls.
Overall rating : Excellent!

I have been letting my properties (13) through Whitegates for the past 8 years, the whole team are very professional. they thoroughly check all tenants, never had any problem with any tenants. All the staff are very pleasant.persuade personally reccomended them to friends and colleagues and all have been very satisfied. And remember cheapest is not always best

I am writng to say how pleased i was with the excellent service i received from all the staff at Whitegates, Beeston, Nottm. Armond Ghahramani dealt with me the most, & i receved an excellent service from him., which includes the proffessional way he dealt with my move, & the very pleasant manner that he conducts himself. Absolutely first class. Armond dealt with the necessary paperwork, & went out of his way to meet me at the house in an evening time which helped me alot, & helped progress the move quicker.. Thanks Armond, & thanks to all the staff at Whitegates. Ps, sorry for the delay in replying to your email. Been busy with work commitments, & the move. I received the keys on 05.12.11.

I have found all members of staff at Rice lane walton Liverpool really really helpful and professional in all my dealings with them when at times I have needed things to be looked at or fixed there is never a long wait for anything to be sorted out. And as proof of this I have just resigned for another 12 months with Pam today

In the 15 months of dealing with the lettings team at Huddersfield they have been the most accomodating and helpful. I have never had to wait for any length of time for answers to my questions, they were always freindly and always resolved any issues I had(though not many) in a very quick and efficient manner.
I would still be with them if they had been able to get me a property where I have moved to.

I have been very pleased with the services I have received from the Pontefract branch of Whitegates. They were most helpful in sourcing people to do property repairs and in providing advice and help. I would recommend them and i would use them again

The Agent who we have been dealing with is Anne-Marie Graham. We have been very impressed and appreciative of all Anne-Marie's efforts throughout our first home buying experience. From the outset Anne-Marie was very clear and direct about what was expected from us and what we had to do. This was a relief for us, being first time buyers we felt Anne-Marie took alot of the pressure and stress out of the experience. Anne-Marie was always very frienldy when we spoke, she would always listen to our requirements and expectations and we felt really supported by Anne-Marie, especially when the sellers of the property started to become difficult. Anne-Marie would always phone or contact us promtly when easeing fears or answered in any questions. We would go so far as to say Anne-Marie was very patient with us during our numerous phone conversations, even when it was evident that Anne-Marie was unwell. We have nothing but positives regarding the service recieved from Anne-Marie. and would not hesitate to recommend Anne-Marie to family and friends.

Joanne Black has worked as our agent. She has kept us informed and organised any repairs effectively and has always been friendly and efficient. Visits to the house have taken place and good relations with the tennents maintained.

Since Local properties, now Whitegates, have taken over the old Whitegates who were in Castleford, the service I have received has been second to none. They are always polite, professional, helpful and willing to go that extra mile. They are very responsive to any ideas or thoughts I might have, executing any problems immediately. They have always manage to find a tenant for my property within a very quick timescale.

I asked Whitegates, Walton Vale to value my home so i could sell. From start to finish they have made the experience easy for me to understand and follow. When i have been unsure or needed reassurence they have always been very friendly and happy to help. In the end i decided to not only sell but find my new home through them. My advisor Ann-Marie has been very helpful, understanding and supportive and this helped me get through what can be a very stressful time trying to sell a house in such uncertain times. Whilst other estates agents gave feedback about trying to sell in the current climate, Whitegates remained encouraging and i sold my home within a short space of time. I would recommend them to anyone looking at selling their home or even looking to rent/buy. A first class service by first class people!!

Anne- Marie our agent was always approachable and at the end of the phone for any of questions. She would liase with the sellers on our behalf all the time and even acted as our mortgage advisor helping our mortgage application in the absence of ours during Christmas. We are so very grateful as a first time buyers we didn't have a clue. She and the rest of the team took the time to go above and beyond our expectations!

first, my pleasure to write a review about whitegates specially Louise Slater
to be honest, I have dealt with many agents in the uk I have never found like whitegates with regard to their dealing with tenants. they have honesty, interest, cooperation and respect their job and commitments
I have dealt with them for more than 2 years, they have been wonderful in dealing with me
whitegates office has a pretty, kind and brilliant lady who is called Louise Slater. she is very cooperator, kind and honest. she is very quiet and always smileall the best for Louise
