They agreed to attempt to sell to a non-chain buyer within two weeks, and they just about met the target. They were responsive and friendly but could have kept me slightly better informed as time was of the essence. They found a suitable buyer and a secured a good price. The definition of completion date was left a little open with the buyer and this resulted in an additional cost to me to bring it forward. Overall very helpful and I would recommend them to others.

Friendly and helpful, easy to deal directly with landlord when necessary, fast to respond to any problems, also an outstanding landlord!

Sold my house a year ago, they were excellent and got me a very good price for the house. Not sure they'd be able to manage it now.....
