   Following disastrous results from my previous 2 agents I decided to manage the 2 properties I let out myself. I found this to be hard work and sometimes demanding and stressful. I was recommended to contact We Let and after my first meeting with Wayne I felt very confident that he and his team were committed to getting the right tenant for my property and me, this they did very quickly and both the tenant and myself are very happy. Wayne, James and Emma are attentive, professional and proactive in their dealings with me and nothing is too much trouble.
   A great team all round and would recommend to anyone.

   Honestly the best letting agent I've ever dealt with! I'm used to agents promising the earth and then delivering very little, so I feel very lucky to have found an agent like We Let. They are enthusiastic, professional, proactive, responsive and extremely hard working. I really feel they do all they can to get the job done and can not fault them in any aspect of there business.

   I was exceptionally disappointed with my previous agent so I terminated their contract and asked Wayne and his team to take over. I have been exceptionally pleased with Wayne and his team and can have absolutely no regrets about my decision!
   My previous agent seemed to think that the job involved taking money and leaving me to resolve any problems which arose. Oh, and they had no concept of keeping me informed when they actually ever did something.
   Wayne and his team have been the complete opposite: pro-active in responding to problems, coming up with a remedy and keeping me informed.
   I can not recommend them too highly.

   I moved to We Let Properties as a landlady a few years ago after a bad experience with another Manchester Agency. I can honestly say that their service is personal and professional, no problem is to small to help you with. I would highly recommend them.

   As a landlord, I was looking for an agent to rent out & manage my property. Wayne Eastman at We Let Properties was recommended to me. I signed up with them, & since then I have had a very trouble-free time as a landlord with We Let Properties managing my property.
   Their prices are reasonable, their personal attention is fantastic, the staff are always friendly & helpful, and when issues do come up - Wayne, Emma & James attend to the problem immediately as well as keeping me informed with what is happening.
   I would recommend 'We Let Properties' to anyone wishing to rent (or let out) a property in Manchester - their service is teriffic!!!

    We Let Properties are the best letting agents I have dealt with in Manchester city centre. After some terrible experiences with several other agents in the area it has been refreshing to find one that has reasonable prices, no hidden and excessive costs, and a service that has been delivered consistently to a high standard.

    Both apartments I have leased with the company have been well maintained, and any repairs have beeen carried out in a reasonable timeframe when required.

    I would absolutely recommend We Let to anyone looking for an apartment in the Manchester city centre area. Wayne, James and Emma have all been excellent and have always gone out of their way to deliver the best service possible, and I look forward to staying with them for a long time to come.

   After moving to Manchester over 3 years ago and having to move 4 times in this period,i have to say that We Let Properties were by far the best agents that i have delt with. After giving all my details and requirements over the phone to a very helpful agent by the name of Emma,she then arranged my first viewing on a new apartment that had just come onto the market. Upon my arrival Emma was nothing but friendly and helpful in everyway,after a great tour around the apartment and answering any questions that i needed to ask ,i decided to take it. From this moment on and even after the move We let properties exceeded all my expectations,keeping me informed and going out of their way to make the whole process as simple and easy as possible. I would recommend We let properties to anybody wanting ro rent or to rent their own property.

   After a number of very disappointing experience with another agents in Manchester I was fortunate enough to meet Wayne just as he and Emma were setting up their own agency We Let Properties. Wayne, Emma and James have constantly and consistently exceeded my expectations, and provide an excellent customer service, which distinguishes them from the competition in Manchester. They are a professional team of experienced, knowledgeable agents who are dedicated and committed in making sure I have the right tenants every time. I have never had to worry about whether my apartment will be empty, because true to their word, We Let Properties always go above and beyond what their job requires, and will always take additional steps to find reliable tenants. They manage my apartment, with ease and in an efficient manner; they are a joy to work with. I have recommended We Let Properties already to some of my friends who now use them and I will continue to praise their services. Thank you We Let Properties ;-).

   Weletproperties are by far the best agency I have ever had dealings with. They are thoughtful, considerate and hardworking. They work in the best interest of the landlord and tenant as oppose to what is the most profitable outcome for them. I have never been so impressed. The way they dealt with us from start to finish was professional and personal from every single person working there and did everything they possibly could to ensure the move went smoothly. I would most definitely recommend Weletproperties to anybody I know who is looking to move and would stay absolutely loyal to this agency, they really understand the importance of good service. In my opinion a few other larger agencies really could learn a lesson or two from them. All in all I am VERY impressed and would definitely recommend anyone to use them.

   I have recently transferred my property to WEletproperties. The staff were very helpful from the start and as a new landlord they made me feel very at ease with the transition. The staff were very polite, helpful and extremely efficient when marketing the property to ensure a successful letting in the shortest possible time. With-in a day of transferring the property they had secured a number of viewings and later that day a tenant was secured for the property. Care was taken to ensure that the tenant was suitable for the property and the whole process was made very easy by the staff. I felt confident in their ability from the start & I was kept informed through-out the whole process at regular intervals. I could not be happier with the service I have received and would recommend them with-out a doubt to other landlords and potential tenants. I will most definitely look forward to working with them for the for-seeable future.

   I Have Been Dealing With We Let Properties For The Past Two Years And During This Time I Have Found We Let Properties To Be Honest, Reliable And Very Efficient. They Look After All My Rental Properties in The Manchester Area.We Let Properties Always Let The Properties To Good Tenants And We Have Very Little Void Periods. I Always Receive My Rent On Time Every Month .I Find That They Treat My Properties As if They Were Their Own ........I Would Highly Recommend We Let Properties To Everybody in The Property Business.

   They are the absolute best letting agency ever established! They have the most amazing letting agents that I have ever done business with. After several very disappointing experiences with other letting agencies in Manchester, I was convinced that I would have to rent directly from a Landlord but I was lucky enough to have found We Let Properties. They expedited all of my concerns. Everything in the flat was clean and in order when I moved in. Things that were dysfunctional were replaced immediately and they never delayed a response. We Let Properties can actually teach other agencies a lesson or two on what it means to provide proper service to tenants.
   I recommend We Let Property to anyone living in or moving to Manchester. They are definitely the best that Manchester has to offer.
