Do not go near them. Very rude staff. They do not provide you with statements only after asking at least twelve times they finally will send you one. You have got to argue with them about everything and would be much better off with doing all on your own. Finally when you got rid of them, which only works when you cancel your lovely tenants as well, you will receive a letter from the Inland Revenue asking to review your rental income.
Do not go near them. even the clauses in their contract are partly against the law. I am still wondering that they are still in business.

Do not go near this agency as a landlord. Rude staff, very poor service and not worth the money at all. They should reimburse you for all the damage they did. as a thank you after getting rid of them finally the HMrevenue will ask you for your rental income.

Absolutely useless! There customer service was appalling. I really don't suggest that you use these and urge you to find another agency to use as both tenant and landlord
