Waterfields team was outstanding sold my house on the first week! for my full asking price, I cant understand the bad reviews. Most honest agent I have dealt with and would recomend in a flash! Thanks guys!!!

Terrible service, we were shown lots of houses only to find out later that, despite taking money from us, they had no intention of letting us a house. They made lots of false promises and took money against these, which we are now fighting to get back

Agreed on a commission fee to sell my house then came back days later say that they can no longer honour it. Dishonest and untrustworthy sales team, therefore won't be using them again.

over priced my house didn't even try to sell it i now it bad but they just didnt seem interested and gave up after week one
