Terrible

Walton Robinson are genuinely awful. When we encounter problems with things in our flat, no one ever wants to know. Our assigned contact is never in the office (or deliberately ignores his phone). Just one of our many examples is the broken shower- 2 and a half months, lots of phone calls and five angry visits to the office later, the shower is still broken.
The worst thing about this is that Walton Robinson's admin fees are the highest of any we checked! We have yet to figure out what we are paying for!
I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere.

Terrible

We've been in a Walton Robinson property for seven months on a year let and they are still to push our landlord into fulfilling the clauses in our contract. They're really awful, sometimes rude, often shambolic, with terrible internal communication.

Bad

It is now 4 weeks since my son and several colleagues took tenancy through Walton Robinson. They are still waiting for basic kitchen furniture (chairs) and a sofa for the linge. Despite emails, letters and phone calls nothing gets done.

Terrible

Utterly incompetent and unprofessional. There was an issue with our letting and they could not bother themselves to deal with it when we physically went in to complain.

Other properties we had considered were let before we even had a viewing, and they didn't inform us and even accepted an offer from us on one flat that was already let - we didn't find out for 2 days!

Tthe information management in there is a shambles, and for a pain-free letting you'd be better off considering the circles of hell.
