terrible service, bad communication, can\'t keep promiss, push all matters to our buyer side, end result big big solicitor bill to us. never use them again.

Do not trust Walmsley agents. They will not listen to your complaints or fix anything. The rent deposit scheme is a joke. Watch out for this company!

Rude on first approach. Kept arranging viewing appointments then phoning to change both the time and the name of person who would attend to show the property. Not honest about why property was on market. Prepared to actively participate in gazumping. Need I say more? Totally unscrupulous.

We ditched them after 8 weeks. Their sales patter is off putting to buyers and when I registered as a purchaser looking for my property as an ideal buy, they never sent me any info. They look flash but more flash in the pan.
