This company is going downhill. Robert and daughter Rebekah Heald just don;t seem to do anything to help their clients except take their management fee every year. Minor jobs are ignored, even important ones e.g. electrical problems which could be very dangerous. The Heald family carry out all building work and the daughter works at the office. Go elsewhere if you want attentive service and for the Agent to return your phone call and do any important and necessary work without having to make numerous telephone calls. there are plenty of Managing Agents out there. I know a block in Surbiton that has just dispensed with their services and we are seriously thinking of doing the same.

I had a good experience of the Surbiton office, they seemed very helpful to arrange viewings etc and they seem to price the properties realistically unlike Mathew James, they don't have much on their books though but worth a look all the same.

After we'd signed a tenancy agreement with them, they didn't seem to return our calls anymore. When there is anything needed to be fixed in the flat, it'd take weeks even months to be done. There's this job putting a folding door to the kitchen, it's 10 months before we moved out and they've never gotten it done. No customer service and the manager is rather arrogant. It's nearly a month after we've moved out and we still haven't received our deposit back even though it states in the contract any deduction of deposit and deposit should be informed and returned to the tenant within 10 working days. Their excuse is they have been busy!! Beware! Better stay away from them cos they just want your money without doing their job.
