   I have used Walker-Wyatt as the agents for the rental of my flat isnce 1995 and continuously since 2002. I have always found them to be efficient, friendly and helpful. Repairs are usually very reasonable and to a good standard. They have always obtained tenants with minimum fuss and minimum gaps between one and the next.

   Stella at the agency has been nothing but helpful throughout the 18 months we lived at the property. Any issue with the house was sorted out straight away and she was always easy to get in touch with. We would definitely recommend.

   We have been using Walker Wyatt as our letting agent for a property in Tooting for approximately 11 years. Their service is faultless. We have always had excellent tenants, who have always maintained the property to the highest standard. Whenever their has been a maintenance issue, Walker Wyatt have managed to deal with it swiftly and employ the relevant professional contractors to our satisfaction. Quite simply, we have never had to complain. I would recommend Walker Wyatt without any reservation whatsoever. Given that this is one of a number of properties owned and let, using other agents, I can honestly say that Walker Wyatt are without doubt the best.

   I bought my first flat from Walker Wyatt in 1987. They had been recommended to me by 2 school friends who had both purchased homes through them. They were so helpful and considerate and cheerful then and saw me through the nightmare of conveyancing for the first time. Some years passed and I had a property to let and without hesitation I returned to WW and was delighted to see many of the same helpful friendly faces - they have now managed the letting of my property for over 12 years. They are helpful, uncomplicated and always responsive to any problem or query. The flat has hardly been vacant in that time. I am grateful to them all -Martin, Kim, Stella and all the team over the years.

   I rented a property through Walker Wyatt for two years. I have let my properties through Walker Wyatt for ten years. I have also sold a property through Walker Wyatt. All of my experiences have been extremely positive. I find them helpful, efficient and knowledgable. They consistently do a really good job.

   Walker Wyatt have been managing the letting of our property for the past twenty years. Their management has been good, and they have given us helpful advice. Compared with the disastrous lettings management by other agents we have experienced with properties in Folkestone and in Nottingham, Walker Wyatt have been excellent.

    We love Walker Wyatt! They always respond promptly to any query whether it is strictly related to our property or a request for assistance or advice outside their scope, which we've done on several occasions. This is one of the very few agencies with whom I've dealt who are up front, honest and either available on the phone immediately or phone back quickly. Stella is a wonderful property manager and we've had a very smooth 3 years renting out our flat with her assistance. I would recommend WW without hesitation.

   Walker Wyatt have been managing my property for 2 years now. They have made it stress free and easy for me, only contacting me when it is essential. The tenants that they have found me have been excellent and all problems have been dealt with efficiently and quickly.
   As a landlord who lives abroad, i want my property managed by a company that is going to deal with all the small problems and only contact me when it is absolutely necessary. This is the service that I have received from Walker Wyatt and I feel confident that my property is in safe hands.

   luckily WW was one of them. Since then I cannot praise them enough for their professional attitude, courteous manner and excellent comunnication.Problems or any issues are dealt with promptly. I highly recommend the Tooting Team .

   Walker Wyatt have been an amazing agency in getting problems sorted with my flat and in quick time as well. They are always there on the end of the phone when you need them - I needed a heater for my bedroom as it wasn;t equipped with one (ridiculous I know!) and it was sorted a.s.a.p. Would def recommend them!

   Having rented properties with many other agencies, what a pleasure it is to have a reliable, honest, and responsive team at Walker Wyatt. Having leased a property for the last 4 years with Walker Wyatt, I can honestly say I have never had a problem. Any issues with the flat have been dealt with swiftly and they always provide updates as to what is happening (boiler checks etc).

   I would stongly recommend WW to anyone looking to purchase or rent in the area...

    I have been living in London for over 6 years and have lived in 4 properties in that time. The service that I have received from Walker Wyatt over the past 18 months has been incredible and I would encourage more people to use smaller independent estate agents such as WW rather than larger companies such as Foxtons.

   I have been a tenant with Walker Wyatt for over 4 years now and I have always found them extremely professional and responsive to any of my requests with matters of the property I rent, a breath of fresh air unlike previous experiences with other agents and private landlords.
   If I where to move again I wouldn't hesitate in looking to WW to help with my next move and would highly recommend them to friends when looking for new properties to rent.

   Great service- such a breath of fresh air!

   In the past I’ve had some terrible experiences with estate agents who haves messed me about, taken months to do vital maintenance jobs and generally treated me like squatter!

   Stella at WW has been completely different- she is very proactive, professional and courteous. Finally a letting agent who does something for their money- hurrah!!

   Would definitely recommend WW.

   We had a brilliant experience with the letting manager at Walker Wyatt. In fact, the best service I've received from any letting manager in London in the 10 years I've been here.

   Our (now) landlord was initially not keen on renting us a furnished property where we could keep cats. Our agent, Stella, asked him to take into account our (excellent) refererences and managed the situation so we could rent the property we wanted. Several minor mishaps have occurred since we've been in the property - a leaking roof, need for council inspection and a faulty boiler. These problems were all dealt with quickly, professionally and with excellent communication to keep me aprised of what steps were being taken, and in what time frame, to rectify the situation.

   I can't recommend highly enough the service I've received from the lettings manager at this agency... if ever I need to move house again I will definitely endeavour to find a property let AND managed by this agency.

   Agent promised first viewing and called her three times to make sure she knows that we wanted the property, ready to pay, so as not to show it to anyone before. She gave it away to somebody else an hour before I arrived to the property. The only explanation I got was: "This happens."..
