No
I dealt with a branch manager (Martin Eyres) who promised me that he would keep me posted every week with the progress of my sale. Instead, they did not call me once. Eventually when I did complete the sale, I found out that someone who worked in their offices bought my property. After speaking to other agents in the area (i.e Keatons, Ellis & Co) they both advised me that I have undersold my property by almost 20%.
