The whole process, from viewing to completion I found completely problem and hassle free. Oliver Lewis always got back to me promptly with any concerns or questions and being such an approachable and friendly guy I would not of hesitated to contact him about anything. Oliver was always attentive and courteous and professional and I am now using Vita properties to manage the letting on my newly purchased property. Oilver Lewis and Vita Properties had found me a tenant for the empty property I was buying even before completion of sale for the full rental potential I had expected in a very competitive Central London area. Highly recommended.

Oliver is professional, resourceful and effective. He listened to what I am looking for in a property and only sends me info of such properties. In my personal experience, Oliver is poles apart from the other agencies and agents due to his skills. He has made me feel confident that with a little patience on my side, he will be able to help me find a suitable property. I would recommend Oliver and therefore Vitaproperties to my friends and family.

Vita properties and Oliver offer the personal touch that a lot of property agents do not. Oliver arranged all the services needed to make my rental property look as presentable as possible, whilst I didnt have to worry about a thing. He arrange numerous viewings in the first week. It was no surprise that the property was rented within 10 days of my first meeting with Oliver and Vita!

I was introduced to this agency via a mutial friend, Ralph Kossman and found that after two other agents had failed to let this falt in a six week period Vita managed to let it withing two days of have been instructed. They handled the tenant and us very professionally indeed and we would happily recomend them and use them again ourselves. Thank you

The guys have been very friendly and helpful. As a newcomer from the Netherlands I required some explanation about certain things and they have been very patient and took their time to make sure that everything was clear to me. They offered me a spacious and modern studio in one of the best areas for a really good rate. When I had to move out (before my contract expired) they also offered to help my find new tenants. I can strongly recommend them.

Oliver was great to work with. He is responsive, professional and a really nice guy. He understood the type of flat we were looking for, and showed only places that fit the criteria. Our experience was really positive and smooth - once we signed the flat he made all of the administrative details easy to get through, with the help of Sam and Jordan. Only positive things to say about working with Oliver - would highly recommend!

We've been using quite a few agencies before Vita (as tenants), and all I can say about these guys is the're the most professional, easy going and useful property company out there. We spoke with both Jordan and Oliver and they went above and beyond to find us a good deal, they were available even during the weekend at odd hours etc. A great experience and we can't recommend them enough!

For two months, the recently refurbished apartment was on the books of three local agents and results were not forthcoming. Then, I rediscovered Oliver who had several years ago let the flat whilst working at West End Estates and then action took place within a matter of 10 days to 2 weeks. Oliver found suitable tenants at the rent I was looking for, he took care of all the details, arranged everything in a professional manner while I was absent in Greece and all negotiations took place over the telephone. He is the kind of person who can be entrusted to carry out what he says he will do and I had complete confidence in his ability to manage every detail. Three cheers for Oliver!!!! I shall certainly seek his assistance when required in the future.

Wonderful responsive service. As moving from New York expected to encounter some problems....did with several other agents but no problems with Vita. They made sure that all the paperwork went smoothly and both Oliver & Sam were friendly but very professional.

Overall a very professional, efficient, friendly and capable team.
From my first email exchange with Oliver ( I was looking to rent a flat) he answered me back by the next morning with
a list of properties that were suited to the requirements that I had simply mentioned in my email.From there we proceeded to visiting some flats and Oliver and his team were always available and keen on showing us the properties.
In addition I must add that the website is extremely user friendly, easy to navigate and above all has many beautiful properties on the market!
Lastly Oliver's colleagues that I either had on the phone or exchanged emails with were equally efficient and devoted to their customers.
I would recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a flat anywhere in london.

From the first meeting with Ollie to discuss my requirements as a landlord looking for tenants and a managed service it was relaxed yet professional. From the outset I felt comfortable and confident that he could and would deliver on his word.
Next I met up with Jordan to find the tenants and he was also a pleasure to deal with. Straight up, punctual and professional.
Vita found great tenants and made the process as admin-free for me which is exactly what I was looking for. Add a very reasonable price to this and you have a winning formula, which we do!

I have currently three properties rented out through Oliver Kent at Vita Properties. I started using him a few years ago and now I will not use anyone else. His service is beyond the normal, I know that I can leave him to sort out all aspects for me including cleaning of the property, purchasing more furniture and also cleaning carpets. Nothing is too much trouble and he is a pleasure to deal with, I can highly recommend him and Vita Properties.

We decided to move out the flat that we are currently renting in Hampstead as a new opportunity emerged, so we had to leave a couple of months before our first year fixed-term tenancy agreement expired. Our landlord assigned Oliver and Jordan at Vita Properties as sole agents to rent the flat out, who took less than two weeks to get the property under offer for a date that was just ideal for us. Beside having the opportunity to work with such professional and capable people, we also enjoyed having them marketing the flat, as they have been very genuine, straightforward and diligent in handling this situation. i was also impressed by the massive amount of viewings they managed to get through during this short period of time.

Of ALL the agents who showed me properties Oliver was the only one I would want to use again. He was efficient, hard working and showed me ONLY EXACTLY what I told him I wanted rather than just what he had as the other agents did.
