I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Wooster & Stock, Brixton, to anyone who wished to sell their property in that area. I met Luke Bishop first, who was very professional and came to value my flat. Then I met Gemma Whelan, who was my agent on this sale, who came to take photographs and wrote the witty and original description of my flat to put on their website. This sale was not easy - there were issues with an extension of the lease - and it took some months to reach exchange/completion. Throughout the whole process, Gemma Whelan has been a fount of knowledge and a source of constant encouragement. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me. She returned my calls/responded to my emails with alacrity and, with her extensive experience, was able to allay my concerns and to chivvy me up when I flagged. Gemma, I think, is an exceptional agent and, with her on your side, you will emerge from the jungle. A million thanks to her for such fantastic support.

Ali from Wooster Stock was an excellent agent. She helped me sell my property in SE15 and she done an excellent job maintaining the sell. There were a few difficulties between me and the buyer but she kept the situation under control and kept everybody in the loop. As a previous lettings agent and landlord of many properties, I understand the process of buying and selling very well and i can 100% vouch for Wooster Stock and their services. Highly reconmended.

W&S, and in particular Gemma and Luke were supportive, diligent, knowledgable and above all competent at all times during the sale of our property. They completely exceeded our expectations and theres no question we would use them again. We simply can\'t recommend them enough.

We only have good things to say about the professional service we have received from Wooster and Stock. We had a particularly difficult sale and and felt supported throughout the process, the sticky situations were dealt with in a calm and easy manner. The agents even made themselves available on their days off and holidays!!! I highly, highly recommend the Brixton office and the staff to anyone in the area.

Gemma was very responsive and supportive through the whole \'first time buying\' experience. She made the process stress free and I would thoroughly recommend both Gemma and Wooster and Stock to anyone looking to buy in the area.

I cannot praise Wooster & Stock highly enough. I found all of the staff to be efficient & professional & despite a difficult sale process, as a result of the first purchaser pulling out, the staff worked hard to achieve a sale as quickly as possible for me. Their sales particulars and photographs are excellent compared with other estate agents. I would not hesitate in using Wooster & Stock again if the need arose.

We could not have had a better experience than with Wooster and Stock. Right from the beginning their customer service was absolutely first class. They helped get us a great price for the property, worked on a very tight commission and were instrumental in getting the sale through. In particular, Gemma was an absolute star and worked so hard for us. In our brief dealings with Luke he was also fantastic as well. Estate Agents generally don\'t get the best reputations, but these guys were flawless and I could not have asked for better service. I would recommend them to anyone

We were recommended Luke at Wooster & Stock when we were looking to sell our house. From the off he impressed with his knowledge and professional manner. Out of all the agents I met he was the most cautious- indeed realistic- about what we should market our house for, not just telling me what I wanted to hear! Whilst we sold our house in less than a week, it took us a long time to find a property to move to. Throughout the process Luke was a great help and made the final sales process as pain free as possible. He was always available, very proactive and really great at moving things on. Luke, and all those I met from W&S Brixton, listened, were willing to help and a pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend them as a level above most of those in the market- they offer a great service.

We have just completed buying a house through Wooster and Stock and cannot rate them highly enough. Agent Gemma Whelan could not have been more helpful. Regular contact, prompt responses to communication, chasing stuff on our behalf, courteous, professional, fighting you corner, transparent, reliable and willing to go above and beyond her responsibilities. This is the first time we\'ve bought a house and Gemma made the whole process very smooth. Could not have asked for more and have been very satisfied with the service. Would recommend them very highly to anyone.

We recently (September-October 2012) worked with Wooster and Stock to market our two bedroom garden flat. We found their approach to be both friendly and professional at all times. We were very impressed with the level of detail and care they took at each level of our transaction with them. Phone calls and emails were responded to quickly and any queries dealt with in a direct and honest manner. Their in-house photographer (Paul) was excellent and took lovely photos of our flat. While we didn\'t have a large number of viewings, the ones we did were exactly the types of buyers we were aiming to attract and had a solid offer within two weeks of our flat being on the market. You will get quality and honest (most important in this sector!) service from Wooster and Stock. We found both Gemma and Luke great to work with and wouldn\'t hesitate in recommending them and the company to anyone wishing to sell their property.

I used Wooster and Stock to sell my flat. It is a very enthusiastic team and very fairly priced. I was mainly dealing with Gemma who I found responsive and hard working. She was most helpful during the sales period and helped explain issues to both the buyer and the buyers solicitor so we could get the sale moved forward. I will happily recommend Wooster and Stock and would use them again if I were to sell in that area.

Recommended. They were professional right from quotation through to sale completion, and generally kept me well informed of developments. My property went for over asking price in the end, having gone to sealed bids, a process which was managed by W&S briskly and efficiently. Their slightly unusual approach to property details (professionally done photographs and floorplans accompanied by particularly in-depth text) worked well for my character property, and really helped to highlight its attraction. If I have a reservation, it was perhaps that, having had quite extensive discussions about whether to choose W&S as the sole estate agent, once I had confirmed I was going to do so I was handed over, somewhat abruptly, to a different department. This was perhaps something that could have been managed a bit better, but it is a minor quibble as the sale itself went extremely well and I was very happy with the service received.

Luke, Robert and Gemma Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.....just to say thank you for all your efforts in finding a buyer for our property. We tried the \'bigger\' local names who had our property on the market for 8 weeks with the obligatory overvaluation of the property and the flurry of viewings for the first 2 weeks and nothing thereafter, until we put them on 1 weeks notice!. We signed up with Woosters on a 6 week contract and just within this period we got an offer we wanted - your marketing and enthusiasm to sell the property stood you out from your competitor. With... Luke and Gemma at the Brixton branch of Wooster and Stock have been absolutely brilliant! We were first time buyers...which meant lots of questions. We viewed a couple of places, and offered on the second flat we viewed with Gemma. It wasn\'t an easy process due to varying factors, but we really felt that Gemma and Luke did everything they could to make the deal happen...from point of offer through to completion. Any concerns we had, I knew we could call either of them for help and advice. When it comes to selling the property on later down the line we will certainly be using them.

I sold a development property in Brixton through W&S\'s new Brixton Branch late 2011. As with many people I have bad history of dealing with estate agents but life is life and I needed one.....Luke came to give a valuation and I liked him instantly. He was the new manager of the Brixton branch and obviously knew the local area well. I put the property on the market with W&S and shockingly within 4 days we had two viewings and an almost asking price offer. Gemma took over management of the sale and she was great at putting the purchasers at ease about some things that came up during the sale that could have possibly lost us the sale. All went well and it was a surprisingly smooth sale. I\'m just about to market another development in Old Street and I\'m slightly disappointed I can\'t use these guys again.
