Abdul and Chris are both great, very helpful and friendly. They knew what we were looking for and gave us many choices. When we found our flat the whole proceedure was really easy . When we had any questions Abdul and Chris both were always contactable and ready to answer.

Chris and Abdul are very friendly, approachable and professional. They showed us a number of lovely flats that fitted in our budget in the area we wanted. They both understand what we wanted and 1 month before our move date we had our new flat making an otherwise stressful experience very easy.

Abdul Miah- Abdul was the agent who showed us around the house, he was very helpful and didn\'t try to sell the house as something it isn\'t which was appreciated. Also, Abdul contacted me in the process of putting down the deposit for our house and he was very helpful in giving me the necessary details for the house. Chris Brookshaw- Chris was the agent who I was initially contacting when first going through the process of proposing an offer. He was extremely helpful and was very proactive in ensuring I had the correct details and got the offer in as soon as possible which was highly appreciated and helpful.

When looking for a home to rent I found that Townends were a very good agency. They were able to call me straight away when a home to the details I had given them were correct and wanted to arrange a viewing the same day. They were very clear about the costs, showed the property to me very well and explained any questions I had to a great extent. Overall, they were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. It was my first time looking for a home and Townends gave me the confidence I needed to find a suitable home for myself and were very clear and helpful on all the details, including all the prices, the contract and the forms we had to fill out. I would definitely recommend Townends Agency to anyone.

When dealing with the agent I found them extremely helpful. All the information they gave us was clear, particularly as we are first time customers. Staff were all friendly and were easy to talk to. In addition, they were flexible with arrangements and catered for our needs well. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall a great service, polite on the phone and easy to get hold of it needs be. Only slight recommendation would be to warn the guarantor\'s when contacting there referee\'s as it can be miss understood as to what the referees are calling for. But other from that, great!!

Chris and Abdul not only found me the PERFECT flat, they ensured that I was able to move in 3 days later! The whole procedure was stress free, efficient and went without a single hold up or hitch - amazed! Chris and Abdul were friendly, informative and extremely helpful in all aspects. For example,viewing, passing on requests to Landlords and ensuring that I was able to move in as quickly as possible. I cannot thank Townends enough for the wonderful service. Dear Agent Agent I have no hesitation in putting on record a debt of gratitude to Tim DeSouza for handling our property sale. We had to sell our neat and recently refurbished maisonette in Twickenham St Margarets in a hurry in order not to miss out on a detached bombsite in Hounslow (don't ask). Tim not only knew his clients so well such that we had a suitable offer within 24 hours, he also helped everyone keep their nerve when the bottom of the chain started to jangle worryingly. He was kind, courteous and thoughtful. He even got on well with the cat. It was a very nice touch, too, that he popped in on the night we exchanged contracts. We meant to give him a bottle of bubbly, but forgot to give it to him - whoops! Bain Management Consultants say that the Ultimate Question is nothing to do with God/ Life/ the Universe. For them it is 'Would you recommend us?' Townends Twix - Yes. Tim DeSouza - Definitely!

Tim was proactive and helpful from the outset in the selling of our property. He definitely went the extra mile in terms of follow up (of a sale that too longer than expected - due to issues further down the chain). He was calm, personable and highly professional throughout - would highly recommend.

I can not speak highly enough of both Abdul and Chris they have been the most helpful agent i came across in Twickenham both are very knowledgeable and really know the meaning of service. If only there were other agents like them. Even though they didn\'t find me anything they would always call about a new property and the lengths they went to try and help was above and beyond the norm. thank you very much and i will be definitely come back to you in the future.

Abdul and Chris have both been really helpful throughout. Chris was professional and accomodating for our viewing and Abdul has ensured that everything has been completed in a timely manner, keeping us up to date of the progress throughout. So far one of the better experiences with a lettings agency, given that I have moved a lot in recent years owing to work, I am glad that now we enter a longer term contract we are working with such a professional firm.

Very well organised branch and estate agent. Provided all the necessary details and communicated to myself and the landlord in a professional manner. Overall very happy with the service provided. Chris Brookshaw went the extra mile to show me the different routes and times to travel from the property to work which was much appreciated and arranged a second viewing on the same day. Abdul Miah worked hard to help us achieve the best monthly rental price. Both of these agents\' hard work is very much appreciated and highly recommended. Also although we have decided not to buy yet, the financial adviser in branch was extremely helpful in providing advice and professional services and we will be using him at the time of purchasing a house.

TIM WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL RIGHT FROM THE START. HE KEPT US WELL INFORMED ABOUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND REALLY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ACCOMMODATE US. HE USED GREAT NEGOTIATIONG SKILLS TO REACH AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN TWO PARTIES WITH DIFFERENT INTERESTS.

Abdul was very helpful at all times. He called me frequently to keep me updated on the situation when he was showing prospective tenants around my flat last summer. Once he had found tenants, he kept me informed as to what was required of me, helped me to complete the tenancy agreement and basically took time to assist me. He was always friendly. When I decided to put my flat on the market recently he prompted the sales team to help me in anyway they could, he spoke to the tenants and explained the situation and generally was involved. I have nothing but praise for him. If I ever need to rent a property again I would definitely use Townends because of the brilliant way Abdul has looked after me and my property.

I would like to thank Abdul Miah, and his colleague Chris Brookshaw, for all their help in finding us our ideal home. Having visited numerous estate agents in and around Twickenham, we found Townends and their staff to be the most friendly and welcoming. We saw a property that my partner and I went to visit with Chris, and returned for a second time with Abdul, who had also arranged for the owners to be there. Abdul has worked tirelessly to smooth any issues that arose, and kept us informed at all times. Although very efficient and professional, they were also genuinely friendly and determined to do the best for both the owners and ourselves. I can\'t thank them enough for their work and commitment.

Having dealt with innumerable estate agents over the years, Lisa Goggin stands out as by far the most professional, controlled, calm under pressure and with an amazingly positive and helpful attitude. She solved every issue promptly and with great aplomb. Some of these issues were quite significant so I believe Lisa\'s performance has helped to raise the image of Townends immensely.

Abdul Miah helped us to secure the property that we are going to be renting at the end of March. He was very informative and helpful when we were viewing the property and gave us sound advice in terms of rental prices. During the initial stages of tenancy agreement he was very swift in sending/receiving the necessary documents between us and the landlord and was helpful in completing the reference stage. All in all we were well pleased with the service provided and would recommend Abdul at Townends.

I was a first time tenant when meeting Abdul at Townends to view is property. My experience of working with Townends was as professional as you would expect, but it was the really friendly personal service of everyone I spoke to and the way Abdul facilitated every step of the way really quickly and smoothly - that made my experience so positive. and that was a great comfort to me as a nervous first time tenant.

Abdul\'s honesty and integrity speaks volumes!! Due to personal reasons I had to rent my property out and return to New Zealand urgently. Abdul \'s diligence and understanding found me worthy tennants within 48 hours whilst making the whole process appear stress free and effortless. Nothing was a problem for him and for this I will always be eternally grateful. I feel extremely lucky and priviledged to have found him - thank you so much!!
