   I was immediately impressed with the service I received from Townends. Josh, who was my first contact within the company, called me almost immediately after I had showed interest in a property and arranged a viewing for me. He was extremely personable on the call - I finally felt like I was dealing with someone who was genuinely interested in helping me find the right place for me as opposed to someone who just wanted to get a property off their hands so they can make some money (which is the experience I have had with many estate agents, Foxtons being the worst).    What can I say I am happy with the Mitcham branch of Townends. I have been with Townends for years and each time they have treated me with the same level of respect and conducted themselves well always from the point of the viewing up until completion and beyond as the fully management service is in my eyes first class.

   Hi My name is Justyna I was very happy with the service I received from Clint Amfo and Josh Laverty both of them wanted to help me out as the house haunting was unsuccessful for us and we had few days to move out from the previous property we lived in. I gave them all the details what I was looking for. After a day I received a phone call from Clint and Josh with two houses to view it turned out positive.    Due to personal circumstances I needed to move out, I thought it would take ages as I was new to this field of the renting game. However Clint done his upmost to make things run smoothly and bring peace of mind. The updates where continuous even the next steps to take if i had any problems. Clint didn\'t make it a burden to be contacted making his customer service and people skills more than satisfactory. I moved, I am happy and I would do it all over again without any anxiety. Although I am aware he has moved branch if i move he would be my first point of contact if my circumstances change.

   hello my name is lukas, I was very happy with the service I received from Clint Amfo, as he moved me in to the perfect property for me and my friends when he was in the streatham branch, i was disappointed when i was told he had moved branch but believe that he would put his excellent customer services into the new branch he was going to. I found out that he now is at the mitcham branch and I needed help with getting in contact with my landlord as i had lost her number and had not received my contracts. He was the first to help, i truly believe he had gone the extra mile to help me by sending me my contract straight away and by giving me the landlady\'s details so i could contact her. He presents himself well and I am very happy that i had come to townends when i did. thank you

   Thank god for Harry. Was having real issues trying to kind a suitable tenant for my flat. Finally found someone though Harry. I held an open day where Harry got some tenents together to view the property and one was very successful. Harry controlled the smooth transaction of paperwork and the moving in date, and other tenant issues which arose there after. All the staff have been pleasant over the phone, and have responded to my messages left promptly. Always on time and smart, its been a pleasure to work with Harry.

   I would just like to say that the service I recieved by Benn Churchill was a cut above the rest. I marketed my property for sale with an agent that I wont mention for many months and after weeks of recieving letters from Benn stating he had buyers interested in my properties I called Townends in Mitcham requesting information about these alleged buyers, Benn immediated requested to come in and give me a valuation. After the valuation, which I must say was the most informative with the documents produced, I agreed to market the property when my cointract with my current agent expired. The details for my property were produced before my marketing date and a open day set up. To my surprise, I finally had an agent deliver what they promised and on the open day I was surprised to receive offers. Benn advised me on the right buyer to chose and I took his advice. The sale took a lot longer than ex[pected but I was kept informed through out the process and I have finally moved house. I would recommend Benn to anyone and he is a credit to Townends.
