After registering with Townends-Egham to find a rental property for myself, partner and pet cat, Adam has kept in contact at least once a week to see if we are still looking. He also contacted when a new property became available straight away if he thought it may be suitable. He has always been extremely happy to help and out of the other estate agents we have contacted/registered with he has always been easy to contact and the most helpful in our search. Even after his week off he contacted us straight away regarding a property which has now had our offer accepted. I would definitely recommend Townends-Egham to anyone looking for rentals in the area.

I\'m writing a review y about the lettings administrator Lucinda at this office. Unlike most other dealings with your average estate agents (!) she was totally free of BS, completely organised, kept in touch all the time, and incredibly helpful through what was becoming a very annoying process. She was genuinely extremely pleasant throughout. The kind of person you would give a job to in a heartbeat! Someone give this lady a payrise!

I found townends a good place to rent from, although i had a complicated application, they were very helpful in getting me and my partner through it. I have managed to find a very good landlord through them and overall a good experience.

Liam was very responsive to our property search and understood we were travelling from further afield and needed to see as many prospective properties as possible within one afternoon. He was professional and friendly and listened to our needs. He was able to show us a few properties and we managed to find one that we wanted. He followed up our offer diligently until completion. I am very satisfied in the service I received and would recommend this agency who are professional and try to make things as easy for you as possible. Much appreciated, thank you.

Emilio was friendly and showed me a few decent properties which were suitable. He listened to my requirements and managed to find me a flat to move into at short notice. I was impressed and happy with the service provided and would recommend Emilio / Townends to other people looking to rent a flat/house in the area.

We viewed and made an offer on a suitable property within 12 hours of arriving from the USA, which was accepted. Our time frame was very tight and we found the market to be very tough in the area but still we had our tenancy agreement signed a couple of days later. Emilio Ascione orchestrated the whole process in an efficient and professional way and made everything as smooth as it could possibly be. I must add that we tried to discuss properties a few days prior by email with the Staines office and they did not follow up on our questions after the first reply. We were only nicely taken care of the moment we walked through their door. Not a huge deal but that is the difference between a \'Good\' and an \'Excellent\' review. The office at 179 High Street, Egham, was indeed excellent.

This was my first experince of using a letting agent. Emilio has been very helpful with going through the process. I was very stressed at first at the prospect of not getting the property but Emilio has been very supportive and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend using Townends, a very professional, helpful and friendly service.

in my opinion the best letting agents in surrey.very professional and rented my property out in less than 48 hours of being on the market at full market rate. emilio ascione was always in contact too and simply is the best ive dealt with.wouldnt deal with any other apart from him 10 out of 10.i have used townends for many years and trust no other company with my property.

James was an extremely helpful agent for me. As an American coming to this country to study at RHUL I had no ability to visit the area to look for a suitable flat to live in during my stay. Upon reaching out to Townends, James was very attentive in familiarizing me with the area, as well as finding a suitable property. Arriving to the UK and immediately brought to my new flat I was more than pleased with the property. James did a wonderful job in placing me in an area close to school and town, in addition to being a comfortable living environment. He continues to be a great resource for me and has always been attentive and quick to respond to any questions I have.

James was very helpful; he found a list of properties that fit our criteria and answered all our questions promptly. He was very friendly and went out of his way to get things completed for us. A very good service, I would recommend Townsend Lettings.

Property sold quick, great speed and determination from start to finish. Great personal touches and even speeding to our defence when the new owners tried to gain acces prior to money transfer on completion. Recommend their efficiency and professionalism for anyone.

As an overseas student, i was kept up to date with regular emails from the branch informing me of suitable properties as they came availoable to the market. I was then able to organise suitable viewings for when i arrived to the UK. After an hour of viewings, i decided to make an offer. Gladly, my offer was accepted within minutes and the paperwork was almost complete. I was then able to move into my new flat within a matter of days. Job done! I would definately recommend Townends to people in the future.

I received very good support and the agent offered my a pretty nice flat and knew exactly what I was looking for. Paperwork back and forth was not very fast and efficient but the agent managed everything eventuallly.

Rubbish customer service. Went to the flat with the agent only to find out she had forgotten the keys!! Said she will collect keys from office and return asap. Waited outside flat for 10 mins after which these agents have the nerve to tell that they cant come back and we will have to arrange another viewing date. Not one word of apology either! Extremely unprofessional and not recommended if you want your money\'s worth!

Horrible people, as soon as they get your money - they just don't care what happens next. They like to say - "sorry, we are getting lots of incoming calls and very busy!" - which means - "we don't care of our clients". They never negotiate on your behalf and are definitely not on the tenant's side! Keep off them!!!
