I contacted Mr Jonathan Claustres in regards too viewing a property in Crystal Palace. I only gave him a brief idea of what I was looking for and informed him that as parent first time move, very stressed and nervous!! John had previously let a flat for me so I decided to trust him with the rent of my house which is a really personal experience. He listended to exactly what I wanted and then cherry picked prospective tenants to view. I would have rented to all of them and am delighted with my final result which took only 1 week to secure. John has always been immediately at hand and offered feedback after every viewing, he reacts positively and professionally to any request making the letting and management process simple. Moving forward he will be my agent of choice every time and I would recommend him to everyone.

My wife and I were looking to rent a flat in the Crystal Palace area and went straight to SA, where Jonathan was very keen to assist us. He took us for viewings within ten minutes of our arrival! Never have I been helped this quickly by someone at any estate agents in London I have experience with - usually they seem "very busy" and never even notice you - even when you walk in - this was not the case here. We were shown properties and his friendly manner made the whole process very pleasant. The final property he has shown us was just perfect and we will be renting it from 1 Dec 2012. I must say even if we did not find the right place, I wouild still have reviewed Jonathan and my whole SA experience as excellent, just becasue of friendliness, helpfullness and professionalism. Thanks for the efforts.

On searching for an agent to let my property in Anerley, SE20, I chose several agents to get the feel of what I should expect as a first time landlord, from more that one agent, after meeting with the representatives of these agents, including Nick Durkin from streets ahead, I decided my property would be best advertised with this company for the following reasons, Honesty, Professionalism, non pushy sales talk, promptly returned phone calls, Nick just explained what the company is able to do for me.
I was told that I should have a tenant within a couple of weeks, however, within hours, I was meeting potential tenants, After several days, i was introduced to tenants which seemed to be fitting exactly to my desired description of what i'd imagined would be they ideal tenants.
My experience with streets ahead was also good as the services that are offered with the letting side of things are offered to you rather than pushed on you.
I would recommend Streets ahead lettings in Crystal palace and look forward to enjoying my new let property.Rod Vella, West wickham

My friend Faye and I were both looking for a flat share, as we were sick of renting rooms in London and playing the 'good house mate' lottery- often not coming up trupms! I looked at many agents on the internet and Jon from streets ahead is the only person that got back to us. Jon has been amazing. We told him exactly what we wanted our price and areas- we struck the jackpot on our very first viewing. The property came un-furnished and when Faye and I were worried about bed's for our new home Jon used one of his contacts to help us sort the problem. Jonathan was very throrough from his first contact with me after I had clicked on a proprty on a generic website. He was keen to have an intial conversation by telephone rather than dealing with my search via the website or by email and I could see that that was about really understanding what I was looking for - which was quite specific! Jonathan then took me on two escorted viewing again judging my reactions to these properties to guauge in more detail the right property for me. I went for the fourth property he showed me which matched my spec perfrectly. He is an extremely professional agent who was courteous, polite and helpful at every stage of the transaction to date. Very good! Straight to the point! Compleate a deal in 1 day, no problems, a pleasure to do a business with. I left my number through rightmove that I was interested in renting, He called me in the morning, and I had already booked 7 viewing for the day, he just convinced me to come for viewing after 6pm and said I\'m gonna love the flat. Before I went there, I had found a specious, great flat in th heart of stratford, and went for the meeting with Jon just because we agreed to before. He said that I\'m going to like, when I walked in to th property, it was stunning, just what I have been looking for! I recommend him to be your agent!

Billie was great when I rented through streets ahead an even though I had hardship at the end of my tenancy relating to redundancy the team helped me out to find a replacement tenant. I have used other agents before but none had been as helpful. Slight complaint with the property management at the start but all was resolved in the end. Would definetly recommend Streets Ahead as a letting agent. Thank you billieblankson and the team.

We have just managed to exchange contracts on a particularly frustrating and drawn out sale of my flat in Crystal Palace via Streets Ahead. I would like to give a special mention to Maryjane Taylor who progressed the sale and was calm, professional and \'on the ball\' from start to finish. Maryjane kept the sales process moving forward, kept me focussed when everything seemed to be breaking down and withstood a few verbal outbursts along the way. Found our property through Streets Ahead and was fortunate enough to have Maryjane assist us up to the point of completion. Having never bought a house before, working with Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers was new for us and trying to decipher the industry terminology was all rather daunting. We had our flat through Streets Ahead. During the last 4 years. Maxin had regular visits for inspection which was as part of their property management. She was our point of contact with the landlord and when there was a fault somewhere in the flat. She was always very helpful and professional. She always tried to arrange for any repairs, etc as quickly as possible. She was really supportive. This left me a very good impression with Streets Ahead. The property is gorgeous, fantastic location, very good price and wonderful size. I went with my sister who has just moved, she loved it, showed all my family online and they loved it. With him there is no jargon or usual marketing spew, he is on point!! He is efficient,extremley professional, very kind and friendly and most importantly, listens and understands the needs of his clientele. By 5pm the same day I had been assured by Jonathan and the Landlord that the property is mine to rent and everything was dealt with. I am so very happy and pleased with his service. I have dealt with 3 other agencies and though they were good, his standards are 100%. I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for a property. I am not easy to please and have very high standards, this gentleman without a doubt surpassed this. He took us for viewings within ten minutes of our arrival! Never have I been helped this quickly by someone at any estate agents in London I have experience with - usually they seem "very busy" and never even notice you - even when you walk in - this was not the case here. We were shown properties and his friendly manner made the whole process very pleasant. The final property he has shown us was just perfect and we will be renting it from 1 Dec 2012. I must say even if we did not find the right place, I wouild still have reviewed Jonathan and my whole SA experience as excellent, just becasue of friendliness, helpfullness and professionalism.
