   Lisa at the Coulsdon branch was extremely helpful and ensured we found the right property to suit our needs. Emails/phone calls were always answered to quickly and allowed us to view the property twice to measure before we moved in. I would definitely recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a property

   Heidi balances exceptional communications skills and positivity with the friendly and enthusiastic approach to sales that is often missing these days. As a retail professional with a lengthy career in sales it is both unusual and exceedingly refreshing to be "wowed" by another sales professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Heidi to anyone in her catchment area looking to have their property enthusiastically and accurately marketed. During my time property-hunting and dealing with Heidi and her colleagues I can honestly say that even the best of the competition were seriously out-gunned.

   Good communication, helpful, always willing and I can fault him or the agency. They seem an honest bunch - rare for an estate agency indeed. Only thing holding me off an \'Excellent\' rated feedback is the long winded paperwork trail, which to be fair is not the branches fault, more likely head office policy. On the whole very pleased and look forward to a long and trustworthy relationship.

   After failing to rent my flat out with another local agent I popped in to streets ahead in Coulsdon. I found the team there to be incredibly enthusiastic and they managed to get me a professional tenants within 48hrs. Rickesh was especially helpful and kept me informed every step of the way.

   I recently had used Streets Ahead to look for properties. Whilst I ended up placing an offer via a different company I wish to bring the excellent service I received from Giovanni Lark to your attention. Giovanni had a very professional and confident approach, he arrange a number of viewing all of which were appropriate for the type of property my wife and I were seeking. He also noticed me passing the shop and came to the street to update me on a property whose details he had sent earlier. In my opinion Giovanni is an exceptional estate agent who listens to the customer and works well to provide the service they need, unfortunately he was let down by the poor service from other members of the sales team

   I had so much bad luck with other agents trying to find a property and the first time I called Streets Ahead I spoke with Natasha Harrison-Davis who could not do more for me if she tried. Natasha came to meet me immediately at a property I wanted to view and ever since has been nothing but a superstar! Natasha always kept me updated with new properties and has made this buying experience fun, like it should have been in the first place. Nothing is too much for Natasha, I know if I have a query or a problem I can speak with her directly and I know she will come back to me with all the information I need and quickly. Natasha is very genuine and doens't mind all the long lists of 'needs' i have! Natasha's the best Estate Agent I have ever met

   I'm a landlord using an agent to find a tenant for the first time (I've found tenants privately in the past). Streets Ahead Croydon have been great from start to finish.     Jayne Best was fantastic to deal with. I can be quite \"enthusiastic\" and \"persistent\", but Jayne managed to return every one of my emails and calls, and was great at keeping us informed and helping us chase the solicitors (both ours and the vendors). Streets ahead had a good range of properties to view and Marina was very informative about the different areas and transport links.
