    Finding a new tenant in the late Autumn to replace the unexpected departure of my last tenant was particularly difficult as we had to sort out many problem in order to arrive at the situation of a new tenant moving in next week. It gives me great pleasure to be in a position now to say to Riverhomes a big thank you . In particular to Patrick , Joshua, Neil and Alison whose pro active efforts have made our task of finding a new tenant relatively stress free. Their communication skills and advice to me (a Landlord) I found to be very helpful and reassuring.
