I was very pleased with the valuation and sales details produced especailly the wonderful photographs taken by Ricky. When an offer was accepted within a week I was passed to Joanne who constantly updated me on the progress of the sale. She was absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend the Warfield Branch to anyone either buying or selling.

Very helpful - arranged schedule of viewings for me on one day. Very honest about properties and postcodes. Worked hard throughout the sale to help push through the admin issues - and gave me a cup of tea when I went to collect the keys for my new home! Thank you.

The team at Prospect Warfield, were professional, helpful and efficient throughout our dealings with them. After one initial phone call, Ricky arranged three viewings for us that afternoon. Shannon showed us around the properties and was extremely helpful. Once we had put an offer on the house of our choice, Jo and Ricky kept us informed of progress every step of the way. They also went out of their way to give us their time, help and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. We found that using Prospect\'s affiliated mortgage advisor, Simon Orton, made the whole process much more seamless. We would definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you Prospect.

I am writing this review relating solely to Jo Timberlake and Shannon Smith. Jo managed the activity with Prospect once our offer had been accepted and I found her to be courteous and professional at all times even during difficult situations. I think we would have struggled to meet the completion date without her tenacity in ensuring all parties were playing their appropriate part. Having not bought a property for some considerable time this is the first time I\'ve experienced segregation of roles between an agent and back office support services and its certainly something I would want to ensure in any agency I dealt with in future as it proved invaluable. There must be a mention for Shannon as well who was always so helpful and professional at weekends when no once else was around and she was clearly very busy.Had the initial viewing staff performed at the same level my overall rating would have been excellent.

The agents we dealt with were always very helpful and arranged for us to see the house on 3 separate occasions. They followed up on things and organised flowers and sparkling wine for arrival at our new house, which was a lovely surprise.

Ricky and Jo convinced us to sell our property with Prospects. From the first interaction through to the last the Warfield team consistently worked to ensure the sale went through with little or no fuss. The team found our buyers in 1 week and despite there being a really long chain, they worked to ensure all parties knew when to target exchange and then completion. In particular, I have never experienced the level of communication we received from Jo. The worst thing about buying or selling properties is not knowing what is happening. Just as we began to wonder, Jo would always call - she was always one step in front of us which really is a credit to both her and the team! I wouldn\'t hesitate to use Prospects Warfield again, and may indeed do so in the near future on another property.

Having looked at moving over 2 years ago and going out for a number of viewings, most estate agents would think you were a time waster not having bought. We returned to Prospect and back to Shannon once again, however she treated us with the same brilliant attitude as the first time and worked very hard at finding a suitable property which matched our needs exactly. This was quite difficult as the property market in the area we had chosen was very slow at producing the type of house we were looking for. We viewed a number of properties with Matt at Prospects but none were to our liking until Matt found us exactly the house we had been looking for, before it even hit the Internet, we bought it straight away and have this weekend moved in. My wife and family and I couldn\'t be happier.

Ricky and his team were professional and very helpful from start to finish on my house sale. They provided an excellent service and ensured the sale went as smoothly and quickly as possible. If any issues came up they were quick to offer advice and resolve the issue. Overall this made selling the house much easier than imagined. From start to finish, purchasing the property through Prospect Warfield was a smooth process. We found the agency very helpful in our bid to find the right property initially and the agent was friendly, professional and informed. Once our offer had been accpeted we were kept continually informed of the progress of the purchase and they worked very hard to keep the chain going and to see the sale through to exchange which took place today. After seeing a first floor maisonette I liked on Rightmove, via my Rightmove alerts, I arranged a viewing through Prospect (Warfield). Although I arrived late at the viewing, due to traffic, Shannon was polite, professional and friendly. I had previously (in 2011) viewed the maisonette below, but my offers were rejected. The property below had new windows and a new front door. After asking if Shannon still had the vendors details she contacted her for me and found out the company she had used for the windows/door. I originally chose the Prospect agency in Warfield simply because it was so close to my property but I am happy to recommend them based on the quality of service I received. I thought putting it on the market might take some time but they were able to find a buyer within a week and for a better price than I expected. During the time it took to complete the sale they constantly kept me up to speed with what was happening, always checked with me in advance of necessary visits to the property, and were polite, courteous and helpful at all times.

Matt is polite, professional and amiable. He listened to us carefully when we gave him our requirements, no easy task given that they changed frequently. Matt had good basic knowledge of all of the properties he showed us and promoted each property based on its strong points without making extravagant claims or selling too hard. We did not purchase a house through matt on this occasion as we found a property at the last minute through a rival agent. That matt congratulated us on our purchase and asked that we add some feedback for him on this site speaks volumes for his professionalism.

She identified very early in the process our needs and show us properties that meets many of them. Excellent customer service. She manage very well communications thoughtout the process and was very helpful. Always provided the information needed to make decisions. All the agents in warfield were very helpful and always in contact with various properties that may of been of interest to us while we were searching, never offering properties that were unsuitable for our needs. Joe who first showed us around the property we finally bought was especially helpful as was Tracy who over saw the purchase. We hadn\'t moved for 29 years so every part of the moving experience was new to us and was always explained fully. On the day we moved in which was organized chaos and quite stressful for us, a lovely bouquet of flowers arrived fromm the agents which i thought was a really lovely touch and really brightened my day and gave me a boost, so a great big thankyou to all that made our move possible. I would not hesitate in recommending them to everyone that needs a hardworking team.

This was above and beyond and especially helpful for me who has recently relocated to Berkshire from Ipswich, Suffolk and have very little local knowledge.
Jo has been excellent in keeping me updated of the progress of the purchase, especially as I have had very little contact from the solicitors. I have felt reassured by Jo\'s regular calls that she is ensuring that the purchase progresses without unecessary delays. She too is polite, professional and friendly. I have bought a couple of properties, but have not had \'Sales Support\' before. I think it is excellent.
Everytime I call Prospect (Warfield) I am treated as more than just a customer.
