The administrative fee that this agency charges is crazy. 14 days +VAT of the rental. For a £1600/mnth property, they want £900 inc VAT. That is mental for printing a bit of paper and running a few checks. Other agents in the area charge half of that. Avoid is my advice.

As this was the first time buying a property I thought the whole process would be quite daunting, however it really wasn\'t that bad. Shannon was polite, quick to respond and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and I believed help me get a good deal on the property.

We had our flat on the market for a year an a half, when Shannon arrived she managed to find a buyer within 2 months, really great service and she gave loads of advice on other parts of the move inc my new house. Many thanks Shannon. Will be in touch when we move again ;-)

Shannon was excellent from the start of the process to the final purchasing of the property. She was always helpful, very responsive to my questions and would always come back to me with anything she could not answer, or direct me to another source within prospect. I would absolutley recommend Prospect as a good agent and also Shannon.

Shannon was always friendly and polite. She kept us informed every step of the way. She always gave us feed back from viewings, even if the prospective buyer hadn,t got back to her at that point. Its always good to know if they seemed keen, or if it wasn,t what they were looking for.

I met Shannon when I first went into Prospect to enquire about selling our house. She was friendly, welcoming and very efficient. She left an excellent impression of herself and Prospect as a company. We had a follow up call within an hour and Ken Kupinski arranged to visit us at home to discuss the sale and give us recommendations. He was very warm, friendly and Professional. Shannon was allocated the task of selling our house which she did very successfully. She conducted all viewings in a Professional manner. Her feedback after viewings was prompt and detailed, and her suggestions on what works for clients was most helpful. Ken assisted in the final negotiations and he was outstanding. We were very impressed with both Shannon and Ken and it was due to their approach and excellent service that we decided to approach Prospect as our agent.

Prospects made my experience easy and simple. They were always in contact and gave useful advice. I have dogs and they were considerate when booking viewings but also I could trust them to sort the dogs out should I not be able to. Overall a great experience selling my house, thanks to a great organised team at the Crowthorne office.

We found the staff at Prospect helpful, accommodating and very patient with our Vendor. Their skills in negotiating the sale were greatly appreciated and reduced the stress on ourselves. The team dealing with the sale process (who are a separate department and not based in the branch) again were supportive and kept us informed at all times (without becoming a nuisance). Our overall experience was very positive.

From the first meeting with Shannon who arrived on time at the property and showed us around very professionally, allowing us to ask any questions as we went along, and any that weren\'t able to be answered at the time were fed back to us the next day after asking the seller, we were very impressed. Further to our conversation on Wednesday I would like to reiterate how happy we were with the excellent customer service received from Mark Horn. Mark started looking after our purchase of Lupin Ride a short while ago and I can only praise his handling of the process. He took ownership of problems, phoned back when he said he was going to, chased who needed chasing and generally got behind the whole process, all of which he did with a high level of professionalism.

Robin (EX prospect now) turned up uninvited and persuaded us to use Prospect when our term with Romans was finished. Robin was very pro active and with his workload we were then introduced to Shannon smith, who was excellent. Always on time with prospective buyers and very professional.

I found Mark Horn and Shannon Smith to be excellent when they sold my house. Shannon sold my house to the second peole who viewed and got me just £1000 less than the asking price - brilliant! She was always, polite, helpful and very professional. When my buyers solictor was so slow that I though I might lose the property I wanted to buy, Mark Horn got involved and sorted things out. The solicotrs recommended by Prospect, Sara Smith was so kind and helfpul and was ready to exchange 3 weeks before my buyers slow solicitors! I woudl recommend Prospect to anyone selling or buying
