Firstly, from the numerous agents I contacted from my home in Spain, Adil was the only one to keep in contact prior to our return to England. Secondly, the help and advice given by both Adil and Ollie during what turned out to be an exhausting renovation was invaluable. From the moment we made our decision to use Prospect, they got to work on finding the tenant and within a very short space of time had a young professional couple ready and waiting for us to complete the work. Chloe, from the Reading office, has proved to be a gem. Immediate response to any issues and extremely courteous, especially as my own replies have not been that prompt. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend this agent for a rental property. Efficient, well presented and most certainly there to help.

I first contacted Prospect in Bracknell a few weeks ago and Ryan Tucker showed me several properties. He was quick to understand me needs and what I was looking for. Ryan contacted me when a property became available and took me to view it very promptly! I now have had an offer accepted on the house which I instantly fell in love with. Ryan not only has a wonderful personable manner, he is excellent and perseptive to the customers needs! He has kept me up to date with all developments and one of the nicest,non-arrogant estate agents I have come across. Prospect in Bracknell have made the whole process, smooth and stress free. the staff at Prospect have been extremely helpful helping us found a property in expedient manor. To be honest my experiences with Prospects have been mixed, however the process of re-letting my flat was made much easier by Shannon Smith - great communication, and really got the feeling that (a) she was listening to what I said (not always the case), and (b) making a real effort to find the right sort of tenants in the right time-frame.

We have sold our property through Prospect Estate Agents. We met with three agencies and decided to go with Prospect after meeting Paul. He was polite, friendly and helpful. Darren then took over, arranging viewings and showing potential buyers around. He was easy to have around your home, pleasant and appeared to really enjoy his job. At all times we felt comfortable that we were being kept informed and that information and communication was honest and straight to the point.

Swift responses to all my enquiries, managed a significant number of viewings in a short period of time and set realistic expectations on value of property. This let to a sale of full asking price within 3 weeks of property going on the market. all in all a straight forward and easy group of people to work with.

Oliver was very helpful from our first meeting. This was particularly reassuring as I am a first time landlord. My property was advertised quickly and a number of viewings were arranged very soon after that. Oliver gave advice as to accepting tenants. Once the letting was handed over to the Reading office, this great service continued. The tenants moved in two weeks ago and everything seems to be going well so far.

The service from Prospect Estate Agents was of a good professional standard, particularly the speed that Oliver Hawkins found a suitable corporate tennant for the property. I spoke to Oliver Hawkins (Lettings Manager) for the first time with whom I spoke about the rental valuation of my property, prospective tenants, and who kept me updated with any correspondence via email. I found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I sent signed documents a little late due to being disorganised but yet I found Oliver to be very patient. Fantastic service! I spoke with Lauren Wombwell (Client Manager) regarding one of the prospective tenants who wanted the property to be redecorated. I had very little time over the phone so we corresponded via email. I found her to be detailed, efficient and very helpful in giving me advice. She made it easy for me to make my decision. She kept me updated throughout the process. Lauren was very professional at all times, patient and pleasant. Once again excellent service. In my opinion both Oliver and Lauren were exceptional. I felt I trusted them and didn\'t have to worry about getting a tenant. I just let them get on with it. Thank you.

We had been looking for a house for a couple of months and had made an enquiery about another property. It wasnt what we really wanted and the young man Darren Winter started letting us know when houses came on he thought we would like. we told him what we were looking for and 85 juniper came up and ticked all our boxes we arranged a viewing through Daren and a second with in a couple of days, he adviced us through this procedure and was very helpful when we decided to make an offer, which was finally excepted

I’ve been really impressed by Darren and all his colleagues, from the outset they have been aware of the target price for the property and worked towards this. Darren always rang to check my availability for a pending viewing and when confirmed always backed this up with a confirmation email. Most importantly Darren would ring me with feedback on the viewing and would tell me the client’s truthful feedback even if sometime it was not what we want to hear. In addition Darren and his team are aware of the properties we would be interested and although we have a narrow bandwidth in terms of houses that would match our needs he has worked tirelessly to try and find us the perfect home. He has kept me informed of any movement as well as acting in a consultative manor to try and find alternatives. I would have no hesitation in recommending Darren and Prospect to anybody.

Well everything went well until they got our money then the pleflora of lies began!!! WE where made promises that they then made no effort to act on all we got was lip service, constant lies that where either transparent or later proven so following conversations with the land lord. This company is almost corrupt I expect nothing better when we leave, in all honestly I have never had so many problems

Everyone we spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful, which makes the process easier. The details on the websites we visited when looking at properties also contained alot of information; so when we were arranging viewings we could make informed decisions about which properties would be most suitable. At the viewings, the leaflets for the flat was also very helpful.

Lauren Helped us to find our property and helped us to negotiate with the landlord. She was very friendly and helpful and worked very hard for us to get us a cheaper price. She was often in contact over this time. The only issue we had is that we went through a lot of hassle whilst on honeymoon trying to find a guarantor which in the end was unnecessary. All in all we were happy with her work.
