Excellent service. I always received prompt responses to my e-mails or phone calls and I found staff to be courteous and very helpful, particularly at the start, when there were a few issues to resolve. This was a company let, and should my boss decide to rent another flat in Richmond in the future, I wouldn\'t hesitate to contact Parkgate.

I have had a number of years of happy association with Parkgate and their management team. Their attention to detail is first rate, their computer produced reports are always accurate and informative and I have never had a tenant needing to contact me directly. An important indication of an excellent management service in my opinion.

I have been using Parkgate as my letting agent since I moved overseas in 2006, during that time I have never had a tenancy void period and no problems at all with the tenants selected by Parkgate. Their advice is straightforward and clear, and feedback prompt. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Each member of the staff is friendly, courteous and ultra- efficient. It\'s almost impossible to single out a particular individual for the biggest accolade. What\'s especially helpful is being kept up to date with everything that\'s happening at the property - new lettings, repairs, tenants\' problems etc. I\'ve been dealing with Parkgate for many years and never had cause for a single complaint.

I want to register my appreciation with regard to Matt Norgan who got me out of a hole recently. My Gas Safety Certificate (GSC) for Flat 16, Heathshott expired on 14th May 2013 – something I had failed to register having thought it was valid until 7th May 2013. Entirely my fault. Without hesitation, Matt was onto it and by 5.00pm I had a new and valid GSC. Thank you. This is the sort of service others should emulate. The ‘Can Do’ mentality which is so often lacking in other organisations. I am most grateful - Matt is to be congratulated on superb customer service.

We approached Parkgate in Autumn 2012 to let an unfurnished 2 bedroom flat on Richmond Hill. Marc gave us a realistic valuation and clearly laid out our letting options. When we had prepared the flat for letting (Matt helped us find a good decorator) he and Matt briefed us thoroughly on the current market and kept us regularly informed of their progress in finding a suitable tenant. Considering the state of the market at the time Parkgate did a great job in finding a good tenant in a comparitively short space of time. We would certainly use this agency again. We found Marc and Matt a pleasure to work with.

We had not heard of Parkgate before but they have been outstanding. From the moment the sale was agreed with the vendors via Jonathan (excellently handled) we were handed over to Marc to manage the process. He has been quite outstanding being highly responsive, proactive, supportive, friendly and curteous. Truly excellent service, which has not been matched by the much larger agent which handled our sale, and which one would not normally expect to receive from the vendors\' agent. Thank you Marc and team! We will definitely recommend Parkgate.

ParkGate are a small, professional and friendly firm of estate agents in Richmond with a branch in Putney. They have handled the purchase and letting of our property in the centre of Richmond very efficiently and fairly. The proprietor, Marc Roberts, has demonstrated intimate knowldge of the market in Richmond and given us good advice. He has been responsive, flexible, polite and friendly throughout and it\'s been an absolute pleasure to deal with him. ParkGate have kindly recommended a firm of solicitors who have also been a delight to deal with. I had previously used Parkgate to let out my property and when I came to sell it, it felt like a natural decision to use Parkgate aswell. From the moment I engaged the Parkgate team, they were very well organised to coordinate all of the vendor activities from marketing, viewing and especially coordinating the sale itself. Through their marketing strategy and friendly approach, the apartment viewings were managed quickly and smoothly and in a very short period of time a few offers were made on the flat. From the moment the sales process kicked off, Marc and his team were in regular contact ensuring the momentum was maintained and the process did not stall on my behalf or on the purchasers. Overall, it was a pleasure dealing with Marc and his team and I would highly recommend them to anyone who prefers to use an independent and down to earth estate agent.

Have dealt with a number of the big names previously, Chancellors, Foxtons, Winkworths etc. So far the experience with Matt and Parkgate has definitely been at least as good and generally better than any of those - Matt was personable and helpful at all times and very knowledgeable about the local area. An efficient and friendly service at a fair price which I'd be happy to recommend.

As an overseas investor, I initially tended towards using one of the better known multiples to look after my property. After a number unsuccessful tenancies/disasters and a service which was both expensive and impersonal I luckily found Parkgate. Parkgate have been acting for me for about four years now, in that time I have found their prices reasonable and their service first class. Nothing is too much is much trouble for the team Jonathan, Judith and Matt at their Richmond/Putney Branch. I was reminded of this recently when, after two and half years, I had a change of tenants. The staff at Parkgate, Matt Norgan in particular, were instrumental in ensuring this all went as smoothly as it possibly could including finding admirable new tenants for me. If you have property to let in the Richmond area, I strongly reccommend that you use Parkgate. (5 stars)

The agent Matt was very polite and helpful. More important: It was the first agent I have met who understood my specific situation being currently between two jobs. He came up with a solution that left all sides very happy! And he won't leave you in the rain if there are any challenges. Apart from Matt, the management of Parkgate is very friendly, too. I can highly recommend Parkgate!

I approached Mark looking to purchase a property in Richmond, with so many agents to choose from it was a difficult decision to make, however the windows displays and the helpfulness of the staff mean that I made the right decision, happy to help and go the extra mile in trying to source a property for me even though i am looking for something very specific. I think after looking for a long time my search may soon be over and I cannot than Marc and the staff at Parkgate enough for the help they have given me,. If you are looking in the Richmond area then look no futhur for a knowledgeable and helpful agent to make your search easier.
