Expensive. This would have been £300 to move in. The agent we eventually went with charged £40 to reference two of us. They trade as OpenRent.

If i was a landlord wishing to use the services of this agent then I would be very concerned.

Just generally disgusted with this agent- incompetent, rude, disrespectful. E.g. Boiler broke often and gas engineer wrote 2 or more reports advising new boiler was needed but agent did not act on it. Too many problems to list here. I would never recommend this agent ...
