   With a really difficult move facing us and family issues building up we really needed an estate agency that would take care of our situation and "go the extra mile" for us. In short, we got it. The 4 people we met through this branch - Nikki Dresser, Helen Terry, Cheryl Broxup and Rayma Ridsdale - were each absolutely outstanding and the care and attention we received from each of them for our sale was incredible. I would highly recommend this branch and agency to anyone, they have given us nothing less at any point than a truly awesome level of service and care.

   Nicola Dresser provided me with an excellent service. I required a quick completion date and she did everything possible to assist. Very helpful and returned phone calls when requested. Updated me promptly with any information. She was very understanding at a very stressful time.

   First class service,from start to Finnish,we were kept informed, of all transactions ,but I was really impressed, with Nicola , not letting the buyer or seller, drag there feet , and the constant calls , kept the ball rolling,and it paid off, in a matter of weeks , we have the keys,I would have no hesitating , in using manning stainton, in the future

   Manning Stainton in Wortley were always professional and approachable in all my dealings with them. Nicola Dresser especially always contacted me very promptly via email or telephone, I\'d definitely recommend the Wortley branch to anyone.

   Professional from start to finish. We were kept updated on a very regular basis and always after a viewing of the property. When it came to offers, we were informed immediately and advised as to how we should proceed. Cheryl went the extra mile and helped with things like meter readings ( I live in France and my sister in Gloucestershire, so neither of us were able to "pop" round to read them ourselves) and she was always quick to respond to e-mails. We have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending Manning Stainton.

   Terrible experience with Manning Stainton; they seemed utterly incapable of organising themselves in any way, shape or form. They did not listen, seemed unable to take and record feedback, and worst of all an agent there called Lesley was utterly vile on the phone. Basically their terrible customer service cost their client an offer on their property. Do not use.

   At Manning Stainton we take all customer feedback seriously, especially negative comments. Through our own extensive customer questionaires we consistantly receive in excess of 95% client satisfsction fromn both sellers and buyers.
