I have had the great misfortune to buy a house through these charlatans, from the outset they were obstructive, with Quoc informing me that the vendors did not want to proceed as I was too pushy. They dithered around confirming the offer, made it clear they were only interested in the vendors concerns and were frequently personally abusive (Quoc particularly, this \'gentleman\' has no business in any customer facing industry), the agents refused to take the house off the market after my offer was accepted and invented offers in an attempt to bully me into raising mine. Despite repeated requests they refused to put pertinent information in writing and continued to call during my working day when e-mail only contact had been requested. In addition they pushed their conveyancing \'service\' inordinately heavily even though the same group were handling the conveyancing for the vendor. Moreover their conveyancing \'service\' was at least 20% more expensive than the nearest competitor. Overall avoid like the plague, particularly Mr Tang.
