We had nothing but good experiences with Ludlow Thompson. Phillip Bartlett went out of his way to be helpful when we were purchasing our property. He was extremely responsive and pushed through our purchase professionally and very quickly. He managed to accommodate our additional viewing requests when we made them with very little notice and made our house buying experience a very simple and cheerful experience. I would recommend him thoroughly.

It is without a doubt that if it hadn\'t been for the positive encouragement and reassurance from both Nathan James and Sherard James in the recent rental of my property, I would most likely not be enjoying my lovely new home now, but rather would still be living in it, procrastinating and worrying about all the bad things that might happen if I let it out! Instead, it is certainly one of the best moves I\'ve made and I\'m very grateful to both gentlemen, especially to Nathan for his initial proactive negotiations and to Sherard for his efforts in finding the perfect tenants for me. Both were always on hand to answer any of our questions, no matter how trivial and I am reassured that the management of my property is in very good hands.

Philip Bartlett has been very helpful from the moment the property was viewed right up to exchange of contracts. He has great communication and negotiation skills towards the buyer as well the seller. In our case once the offer was made, he made sure that we were serious candidates before negotiating with both the parties to reach an agreeable price. There were problems with survey reports and he made sure that he understood the situation and guided us towards making acceptable renegotiations for both the parties and progressing until contracts were exchanged. I have dealt with other Agents before buying this property and have been very disappointed with the attitude and the behaviour of other agents. Philip Bartlett has been a proper professional Estate Agent with the good old British Tradition values and I am very lucky indeed to come across such a gentleman!

Nathan was one of the best estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The main problem I\'ve had before is that they would be very hard to get hold of and would take a few days to get back to you. I had no such problem with Nathan as he kept in constant communication via email, text and phone. Due to this I was able to view quite a few properties and was able to find one I liked and get all the paperwork sorted all within 10 days. Nathan was very knowledgeable about the flats I was looking at as well as the surrounding area and seemed to be in constant contact with the landlords as well. He was extremely polite and friendly whenever we met and always made sure that all my questions were fully answered and he never forced me or pressurised me to do anything which is one of the problems I\'ve had with agents before as some of them were keen to get the deal done as quick as possible. Nathan was a pleasure to work with and made what usually is a very stressful process, a very smooth and relaxed one.

When I inherited a property just over a year ago, I felt like a deer caught in headlights when I became a Landlord for the first time. He handled a difficult situation that he inherited from an unscrupulous ex colleague. Which to start with was a mess. He worked with me to find a way forward that would please me as the Landlady and should have pleased the tenants too. We worked together to come up with a monetary solution and way forward that kept all parties happy. He only involved me in matters where he needed to. In short he managed the situation well. Once all outstanding monies are settled I will be 100% happy with his work.

David had to get involved in a tricky situation involving my property containing an extra tenant not named on the contract. It was messy and complicated and he inherited this from a colleague who had left the business. David acted professionally at all times and in addition was instrumental in helping to resolv ethe situation in an effective manner and timely fashion. He has also gone out of his ways numerous times to ensure I am kept up to date, my effort is capped where possible and also that i was not left financially disadvantaged by the situation. i would not hesitiate to use David again.

This is the first time I have used Ludlow Thompson as letting agents and I was slightly skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised when I met Sherard he was incredibly friendly helpful and answered all our questions with out the BS we normally got from some other estate agents. He kept us up to date at every stage of our negotiation and both my wife and I were over the moon when our offer was accepted thanks to he\'s negotiation skills. He even went as far of allowing me to visit the property for a second time so that I could take measurements of rooms to see what furniture would fit. Over all I give Sherard a five star rating not only because he is an extremely down to earth guy but he knows what customer service is all about, at every stage he demonstrated that he has the skills and knowledge to negotiate for both landlord and tenant so that the outcome is a successful one.

My girlfriend and I thought that searching for a flat would be stressful and taxing, however Sherard made this a seamless and very stress free process! Sherard has been incredibly helpful throughout. His customer service and patience are exemplary and he was always on hand, either via email or telephone, to answer any questions we had no matter how trivial. Sherard\'s constant communication throughout the letting process provided my girlfriend and I with complete reassurance that we were in safe hands and that he genuinely cared about ensuring we were set up properly. I found Ibrahim Bah very very helpful and the best thing I liked the way he dealt with us was, he was very professional, listened to our requirements and the property he recommended was 100% according to what we wanted. Ibrahim has characteristics which a good sales person must posses which are treating the customers fairly and rather than selling high commission things, he listens to the needs of the customers. Another thing I liked about Ibrahim was his knowledge of the area and the property market. We had so many questions to ask Ibrahim on our property search and he listened to our questions very patiently and answered thoroughly and also he ensured that we were comfortable and were very clear in how the renting procedure works and how the contracts are drawn and what the legalities mean. I think Ibrahim is an assett to any organisation and these days its not very easy to find people of Ibrahim\'s calibre. I think he has a promising career ahead.

I initially approached the agency, looking for a 1 bedroom property. I spoke to a young man named Ibrahim. I had initially called up about a property I had seen online, and he was extremely efficient in arranging a viewing for me on the same day. Unfortunately after viewing the property I had found out it was out of the area in which I could claim housing benefit for as a disabled person. I expected him to just say, thank you for your time and good luck with your property search but he further recommended another property that was even more ideal to my needs and within my budget. I found this agent really helpful And informative in his approach. I would definitely recommend this agency and particularly this agent to others.

I would describe working with Phil as working with an experienced project manager. I was getting a regular call from him and if i couldn\'t pick up, i would always get an email with latest status, actions, issues and dependencies. He made sure that I would never be the one delaying the process and if my solicitors were delaying something, he would escalate to me straight away.
If you are looking for an experienced estate agent who will have a holistic view of the process, find best communication channels and will make sure that everyone is engaged from the offer to completion - talk to Philip in Tooting branch.
