We found the staff at Ludlow Thompson to be friendly and efficient. Our rental application was processed promptly and communication was excellent throughout. We especially appreciated how our online accounts were managed, as we were able to track the progress of our application as it went through which gave us confidence that everything was in hand.

Mostly I found the service from Ludlow Thompson very good. They found me tenants, who then moved in, all within 2 weeks. They always responded to my queries and feedback very quickly and they negotiated a good rental price for my property. They also helped me furnish the flat, when the tenants explained that they wanted some furniture, as I have a high stress job and live in a different part of the country from the flat. They also offered the best value fees in a high fees market with numerous add-ons (£149 for a tenancy agreement, which I could have provided myself for £1 from my landlord membership association is very expensive but pretty standard with lettings agents). There were a few basic errors in the original description, which, when prompted by me, were corrected and I wasn\'t told about a particular fee, presumably by mistake, until the last minute.

Hi Actually the person who is handling the property of mine Mr. Jibby has done a greate job. I was in a big trouble with move to another place and find the right property but hubby has gave right path and He has arranged everything is very quickly and sorted out our problem. Kirsty was excellent! A calm and collected cool head during a very stressful period of my life which included surgery, and preparation for the viva for my phd all within the space of one month! When my referee had a heart attack which inadvertently led to a delay in the process she was exceptionally understanding and gave me advice in seeking an alternative which was constructive. She was thoughtful and considerate. She helped to dispel the stereotype of estate agent! Bilal was a star! Saw the flat loved it, but had to go away to do the viva for my phd up north. He advised for me to secure the flat and pay the deposit. Minutes later flat was off the market! So surgery has been successful, I am now a doctor and am happy in my new flat. Many thanks for everything

I would never deal with this person again. Basically lied to me about rent achieved and abused my trust to get me to sign. My fault for not reading the s,all print butnifnyou can\'t trust the agent representing you that is absolutely appalling. I found the behaviour appalling. If not for the fantastic service by a Barrie ford I would never deal with this company again. I recommend that any dealings with this person be scrutinised carefully

My first contact with the Agency was Nicola, she show me the property and she was very helpful and professional, also very patient because my English is not very good. She show me every corner of the flat and explain me all the process of renting a flat. I do recommend Ludlowthompson because of agent like Nicola and also for the good teamwork that I find out once I was in the office. Everything was very quickly and properly manage. I was shown around our new property by Tom in his first few weeks of being an estate agent with Ludlow Thompson and his fresh and natural way of viewing was a welcome style from previous agents who talked too much waffle! I did not intially want to view the property, however Tom insisted it would be right for myself and my three other flatmates, I figured there must be something in his confidence with the property so I had to view it, From the moment I stepped in the flat I loved it and Tom didn\'t have to do much selling. Given more time and experience in the job I\'m sure Tom will make a successful and very likeable estate agent!

The agents were very helpful in finding me somewhere suitable to live, in a place that I like, and a nice neighbourhood. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I could feel free to ask them anything I was unsure of, and if I wasn\'t able to do something - eg. to send documents requested, they were only too happy for me to come in the office, and they helped me with this. Kirsty Eke was also so helpful in getting my referencing done. It didn\'t matter how often I called with a query, she was only too willing to help me. Compared to the other estate agents I\'ve been to, Ludlow Thompson is the best. The quality of service you receive is excellent, and thank you very much.

Jibby was very helpful and efficient. He secured an agreement with the landlord to allow us to have pets at the property when originally this wasn\'t approved. He was also quick to respond to our queries and facilitate communication with the landlord before we moved into the property.

Bilal Hanjra was really efficient and followed through with everything he said he would do. He offered clear information and advice when asked. The whole process of securing the tenancy was a breeze, and it\'s a great apartment. I must admit I was a bit annoyed that I was given some wrong information about the property during my viewing. Some (though not all) of these misrepresentations may have been a consequence of the landlord making late changes; but it seemed sharp only to inform me of them at the moment I was making my offer... Apart from this I\'ve been quite impressed - and my property manager Hayley Morrell has been brilliant - professional, reassuring and very efficient.

From the outset the team at Ludlow Thompson were efficient and professional. As a first time buyer I had several queries all of which were answered fully and in a timely fashion. In particular, Emma Bell and Tal Aulak dealt with my purchase and where very helpful. Knowing my desire to get the flat, Emma kindly called me when the original deal fell through and the property was back on the market. Both of them helped engineer a very speedy process from offer to exchange and completion in just over a month.

Jibby really helped me when we were struggling to get everything together before we had to move out of our previous house. It was all very last minute due to delays on our part, and Jibby made sure to even stay after working hours to figure out our problems and have an easy time moving in.

Jibby at Ludlow Thompson Oval branch - was excellent in helping me let my property. I was living overseas on +8hr time difference which made correspondence and response to offers and access incredibly frustrating for the agent. The agents patience and perseverance with this was helpful. In addition other agents were recommending a price drop very early on and although this was discussed with Jibby, once he understood my situation and my opinions him and his team persevered in a tough market in getting viewings - resulting in a offer which matched the initial valuation. In addition once the offer had been accepted Jibby bent over backwards to help me achieve the gas certificate and other documentation required in under 24hours to meet the tenants move in date. Some work needed to be done on the boiler which was of course an emergency however Jibby helped coordinate this which enabled the tenants to move in the next day and for me to let the property. I was very grateful for this extended service.

I have let with this Branch of Ludlow Thompson since 2007 and I have found great benefit from the large customer base and efficient sales staff. They have always found tenants quickly avoiding voids and have negotiated good rental levels.. This time Jibby Philip did a grand job finding a great deal for me (the best so far) at short notice as previous tenants broke the tenancy early. He kept me in the loop and phoned and e-mailed to make sure that I knew what was going on at all times and to check I was OK with what was happening. I am very happy and I use the company to manage the property too.
