The Ludlow Thompson website is a great tool for anyone who wants to be kept up-to-date with their property sale, without having to wait for phone calls or emails. Even so, Tony kept me completely in the loop at all stages of the sale and answered my calls and emails very swiftly. We secured a buyer for the upper end of his estimate in less than two weeks and Tony followed everything up right through to completion with complete professionalism.

Terence was enthusiastic and attentive throughout the course of the transaction, providing helpful advice and chasing up the vendors and their solicitors to ensure momentum was maintained. Both Tony Varghese and Terence Cunnigham have been very professional in assisting us in our purchase. Very quick to answer to emails, very good at keeping you updated of what is going on on the seller\'s side, always happy to arrange an additional viewing before completion when you want to have a look at some details. I.e. if we had to use an estates agency in the future, we would definitely consider using Ludlow. Of course there are always some negatives but there were minor. This was my first experience of renting a property. I was very impressed from the point of viewing potential properties up until the contract signing. All my queries regarding the rental process and the details of the property were dealt with quickly and professionally. The whole process was very clear and quick and the team at this office were very supportive and willing to help where able! I found that being able to complete alot of the processes online worked very well considering I have quite a demanding job so was able to complete requested tasks/documents at convenient times without having to regularly go to the agent\'s office. I don\'t have any hesitation in recommending Fabien and this office to others for their fantastic service. Thanks to them my move has been very smooth and not so stressful.

Ian is very efficient, responsive, pleasant and helpful and I am very happy with the service. From the first phone call to date it has been a frustration free exercise for me. I can say this is not easy as property management and finding a good agent can be hard and painful. One thing that impressed me a great deal is that Ian is practical and candid. Tony and his team at City Docklands delivered above my expectations in every regard to deliver a quick and smooth sale. A concise and knowledgeable presentation during the initial valuation gave us confidence that they knew the local market. Tony Varghese (my main contact) and Terence Lawrence were a real help in selling my house and I received a very good level of service from 2 very polite and professional guys. The whole process took 6 frustrating months, due to multiple interests in the house and a bidding war! Tony always had time to explain the process to me and was quick to provide me with updates. He also respected my heavy workload and did not inundate me with calls, unless required, but always kept me up to date by providing any info on developments by email. He also took an active part in contacting my excruciatingly slow solicitor and ensuring the momentum was being kept up. I would definitely recommend this estate agent. Thanks for all your efforts and persistence!

I purchased a property through Ludlow Thompson. The purchase at the beginning appeared to be a standard sale but things quickly evolved as I was gazumped by a rival estate agents (the ones that are fond of plastering their logos all over minis and in my opinion have a penchant for overcharging!). I was then forced to match the offer. It was thanks to the patience of Tony and his team and their perseverance in constantly following up with the vendor that this purchase was achieved. The seller had by far the worst solicitor in the entire world and Tony and his team constantly chased her up until she had no option but to answer my queries so that I could purchase the property. The acquisition may have taken 6 months but it would not have happened at all if it were not for the efforts of Tony.
