Jamie and his team delivered on everything they promised to deliver on - and more. Communication was excellent using phone, text and e-mail to arrange viewings. All of his team played a vital role in ensuring the 5 house chain completed on time, and it got very hairy towards the end but thankfully Jamie pulled out all the stops and we are now happily moved and settled. I used the Lords mortgage adviser too who was very knowledgeable and experienced. I used cavendish legal group who were also supplied through Lords and were exceptional. It took exactly 3 months from the initial Lords house valuation to moving day. Thanks Jamie, Luke and Martin - I never realized what a vital role you have.

An oustanding service from beginning to end. Excellent communication throughout the sales process from Luke who was the lead negotiator and from Jamie who oversaw the process. Updates received via text, email and phone and all the viewings were dealt with to a high standard. Touch final negotiations were well handled and I would have no hesitation in using Lords again.

We chose Lords as our estate agent after having met with 4 different estate agents in the area, and they have truly proven to us that we made the right decision. The main reasons we went with Lords were the professionalism and the trustworthiness of their Sales Manager Jamie Dore who gave us a valuation we were very happy with, and also took his time to talk us through the whole process and Lords’ marketing strategy, something that can’t be said was done by all of the other estate agents we met.
