I have just let my property through the Walton on Thames branch. This was the first time I have ever let my property out and found the whole experiance very easy. The team there where all very helpful and answered all my questions and found me the perfect tenant. Special Thanks have to go to Lauren and Scott.

I found Ben to be very accomadating when i was lookinh to rent a property, i needed somewhere quite quick and good value and Ben worked really hard tp find me the perfcet place. He is a great assest to the company and have recommend him to family and friends.

Leaders in walton are the only agent myself and my partner have used where we have had excellent customer service, continuous communication, honesty and loyalty to there customers. I would highly recommened them to anyone looking to rent, we told there all of our needs and what our budget was, Ben the manager of the branch was extremely helpful in making sure we were always happy and satifised with the outcomes.

This agent was very helpful in assisting myself my partner and our baby on finding the perfect place to get us settled as a family. I was a little bit cheeky as i wanted to make sure the place had a garden and 2 bedrooms still within our budget. Ben and his staff spent time finding the right place for us and rang us everytime a suitable property came available. We are very happy where we are living and if we decide to move in the future we will be sticking with leaders- walton branch to assist us.

as a tenant of leaders i really enjoyed their managed service. i had a few problems with the old building i was renting but scott and ben ensured problems were sorted as quick as possible, subsiquently i have let another property through them and am continuing to enjoy their service

this agent helped me find tenants quickly and efficiently as i am an older man and not in the know the staff took their time explaining everything to me more than once and were very patient. They gave me lots of advice and really looked out for my best interests

This agent was very proactive in finding me a tenant when instructed. They found me a tenant efficiently and their referencing is very comprehensive compared to my previous agent. Paperwork was all done very quickly with no mistakes. Staff are very friendly

I have delt with Leaders Walton on Thames since they took over my contract when they bought out the last agents. I have to say that the new set up with new manager and staff is excellent and the staff are very helpful. they have recently found me a new tenant and all has gone smoothly.

I used Leaders as a letting agent to rent a property in Walton. The application process was easy and there was hardly anything I had to do. All queries were dealt with really quickly and efficiently. Leaders informed all the suppliers about my moving in date and contact details so all I had to do was set up Direct Debits. During my tenancy, I received prompt replies to all my queries and all faults/repairs were dealt with immediately. I was constantly updated on the progress of repairs, too. We had regularly inspections which were helpful to bring up issues. I would definitely recommend Leaders as a letting agent, as they make life really easy. Staff are also really friendly and are keen on helping you sort issues.

I am a landlord with 2 properties managed through Leaders at Walton on Thames. They have also found tenants quickly, carried out necessary checks and drawn up contracts efficiently , with minimal fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend Leaders Walton on Thames to any landlord looking for an agent, inevitably over 10 years as a landlord I have had many issues to deal with, Leaders have always been helpful and supportive

Scott is wonderful. He was helpful beyond any of the other agencies I had spoken to and found me the best possible tenants for my property within a matter of days. I recommend Leaders above any of the agencies I had consulted. Scott showed a genuine warmth along with Lauren and took a personal interest in meeting my specific needs. I wish I had used them in the past!

Leaders have been managing my property for the past three years and I can honestly say after having my fingers burnt by a previous agent Leaders have been an absolute pleasure! They found an excellent tenant and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly within minimum inconvenience to myself. The staff are courteous and helpful and I feel they always go that extra mile. I wouldn\'t use anyone else!

What a shower! These guys are fine when they are making money off you, but useless, faceless and lacking any dignity or credibility when it comes to resolving problems. They simply wash their hands of things. Ms Henderson, a regional director i beieve is the perect embodiment of this. I had a property in ealton being managed by these people for around 7 years. The real insult though was i agreed to collect the keys on a Thursdy evening before 6pm ahead of. Bank holidy weekend. I had arranged to move in that weekend and had no other housing arrangements. I arrived at the office t 5.45pm to find it locked up..no contact numbers, nothing. A weekend wasted at my expense...whilst the opening times were clearly displayed in the branch window.
Having got no joy from the branch, i escalated this to ms henderson\'s office..and at first sje was seemingly supportive and helpful ...at least he got me my keys...but i said, and stil sy, they screwed up and owe me compensation for the costs and inconvenience caused by their walton on thames branch staff....she initially agreed tht the situation was tong and should never have happened and would look into the matter of compensation...i left it in her hands...
After several weeks of silence i reached out to ms hendrson..and her response is posted below
"Leaders do not accept or agree that we are liable to pay compensation to you. I attach a copy of our Complaints Procedure should you decide to take this matter further, but we do not consider that there is any case to answer with respect to compensation."
Well ms henderson, is not strictly teling the truth as this is the first time anyone of any management authority has expressed this view to me...and in my opinion it runs counter to the originsl conversation we had...
So now i tried to contact a director...Paul Weller the MD is on vacation....fair enough..but no director was prepared to talk to me...we don"t do that....talk? To a landlord? Us?....you can write in though...indeed...so i have started writing
Faceless. Gutless and devoid of any sense of responisbility - not even an apology. My property goes back on the rental market shortly but not with Leaders...and if you want ot know who not to use to rent out your property in Walton on Thames....avoid Leaders would be my advice based on shocking, shameful, spineless service.
