    Firstly during the viewing an agent convinced me that it is Band A property. However it appeared to be Band C which caused me to pay more money. Secondly they delayed move in date several times. Initially they told me one day to move in. But the day before they phoned me and said that I can move in only a week after. Even though all the necessary checks had already been made. Thirdly they take money for everything. Administration fee, deposit fee. Then they want me to pay extra administration fees each half of a year. I dealt with other agencies before.
