    They are now called allison and co. They are rude and they will take your security deposit.

    This agent has been great. The staff are always helpful and go the extra mile. They are friendly and give me the personal touch. So sorry to hear your bad experiences. They have been very good.

    Myself and partner rented a property in LEEDS with the manchester branch of this company. We should have realised what a disaster this was going to be when they made us travel to manchester to pick up the keys on moving day and then provided us with no fobs. When we arrived at the property we found that none of the security gates worked and none of the secure doors actually locked securly. One of the lifts didnt work for our entire stay (6months) even though we were told it was due to be fixed. Come to think about it we never actually recieved our fobs.
