   Hawkins of Nuneaton was our Estate agents for some time in selling our property and due to the dire situation with the current financial climate it has been an experience in itself. We were spoilt in a way from day one, in how things were being handled by the experts at Hawkins and they have been fantastic to say the least. They have kept us informed of nearly everything including: a) What steps to take in a pro-active manner, if the property was not getting sold in the expected time frame? b) What the stats are saying in terms of sales/renting at what period in time and much more and also... (read more

   We purchased our new property through Hawkins Lisa Hall was very efficient and helpful and everything ran smoothly, However the sale of our own property was a nightmare with another estate agent in Hinckley if it had not been for the swift and efficient response from Lisa at Hawkins I feel sure we would have lost our buyer. Lisa went above and beyond her job role to assist us in both sale and purchase. I would definitely recommend Hawkins estate agents as they take all the pressure off your when buying and selling. A big thank you again to Lisa it was very much appreciated and all the other staff st Hawkins

   When I had a problem with my property Hawkins acted speedily , efficiently and professionally to sort it out to all parties’ satisfaction. I know my property is in safe hands with them and would recommend them as agents who care.

   Hawkins let 6 flats for me and I have always found them excellent. Really prompt service, they have found me tenants very quickly thus keeping my void periods to virtually nil. My tenants have also told me that Hawkins do a really good job handling the administration, are informative, helpful and turn up on time for viewings. The staff are nice people to deal with and you can tell they enjoy their work..they want to please.

   Sold a property through Hawkins after being recommended to them by a friend...from the first visit to look at our property, through to the eventual purchase, my wife and I felt comfortable in the knowledge that we were in safe hands. We seemed to be treated as if it was the only house Hawkins were selling (it obviously wasn\'t) and had a steady flow of interested buyers and always received satisfactory levels of communication and feedback. We took on board the feedback, took action (decorated the hallway) and then sold to the next people that came round! And all at a time when supposedly, houses weren\'t selling! I hope not to have to use Hawkins again as it will mean my wife wants a bigger, more expensive house or she\'ll have kicked me out but if needs must, then I would not hesitate to use them again

   I have rented the out above property through Hawkins for some years now and have always found their service very good. They have looked after renewals and new tenants very well. One of the main benefits is that Hawkins visit the property on a regular basis and give me reports on how the tenant is looking after the property and also any work that I need to do on the property to keep it up to standard. The biggest plus from my point of view, as a landlord, is that Hawkins deal with all the day to day issues that would be a pain for me to sort out. e.g. Rent collection and remitting to me, organising minor repairs/elec problems, regular property visits and finding new tenants quickly.

   We have bought AND sold through Hawkins in the last 6 months and I have to say we have been very impressed with the quality of service, knowledge and professionalism shown by both their Nuneaton and Bedworth offices. We were given good , accurate and honest advice about pricing our property for sale and the communication levels and feedback were first class. They achieved a sale for us at a good price within 3 weeks of us going on the market which was over and above our expectations. When it came to buying they kept us up to date with suitable properties and arranged viewings efficiently and promptly . We would have no hesitation in recommending Hawkins to all our friends and colleagues.

   Excellent service and RESULTS from a very efficient and professional team . We used Hawkins to sell and they basically kept their promises – accurate ,realistic valuation advice followed by effective marketing locally and nationally. Mr Hawkins himself came to value our house initially and gave us an honest assessment of the market and the value of our property. We instructed Hawkins despite other higher valuations from other agents who we didn’t trust. We were kept informed of progress all the way and can’t fault their communication. We were most impressed that through their national network links they found us an “out of town “ buyer who was relocating to the area and the whole deal went through in 9 weeks. Would certainly recommend them.
