To all prospective Sellers and Buyers. Selling your home or purchasing a property is a complex and stressful processs. I have moved 7 times in the past 20 years. The best and most efficient service I have had . Is by Anne and her team in Ellesmere Port. I have sold 3 houses and bought 4 homes with Ann. I actually went back to Ann after dealing with other estate agents. As I found Ann the best and most professional. Also have bought 2 of these properties recently with the help of Ann and Mike whose financial help was second to none. Thank you to all the Team Carol

My experience of Entwistle Green is completely different and especially when dealing with Ann LLoyd. Ann is professional, honest and hard working. She has personally sold a couple of houses for us and we have also bought houses with her in the past. If you want to sell your house i would recommend Ann at Entwistle Green to give you an honest appraisal and then pop next door for the mortgage to fund it.

Ann Lloyd was very rude and abrupt with a very flippant telephone manner. The vendor found it necessary to phone us to find out what stage the sale was at, as he too was not happy with her so called service. This is the second property we have bought this year with this particular branch, we wont be using it again !
