Having tried several hapless agents to sell a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Fulham I opted to call in Bushells and Matt Goss came immediately and all photos and floorplans were completed rapidly and the property marketed immediately. Matt Tuck then secured a suitable purchaser within a very short space of time and coaxed them into a hassle free exchange and completion in a matter of a month. All in all I would recommend Bushells and the two Matthews to anyone selling a property in Fulham because they were quite simply excellent.

I found Bushells and Matthew to be very helpful, friendly and efficient. My emails and phone calls were returned promptly and the purchase of the house all went through smoothly. Matthew was also able to assist in recommending professionals to assist in the purchase of the property, which I was especially greatful for as a first time buyer. I was happy with the service provided and would certainly use this agent again.

Mathew Goss sold us a house in Fulham. We are a family of five and needed a bigger home and wanted to do work on it. This lead us to be competing with developers and a very stressful time competing in a contract race. Throughout the whole lengthy process Mat acted with great integrity and honesty. He was always prompt to reply to emails and excellent at explaining the processes involved. We were finally successful in our bid just before Xmas 2012 and it is due in no small part to Mat\'s professionalism that we now look forward to creating our family home. We are very impressed and grateful, and thoroughly recommend him to prospective house hunters and sellers.

We recently sold our flat in Fulham through Bushells, which we appointed as sole agent. We were very impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness, particularly their prompt introduction of serious potential buyers and their proactiveness in keeping us informed throughout the process. The team members we met were also very pleasant individuals!

Our experience with Matthews Tuck and Matthew Goss at Bushell\'s was a very positive one. Working from abroad we thought it would be a nightmare trying to sell our flat from 4,000 miles away but they exceeded our expectations in their level of service and promptness of response. Most of our negotiations were conducted via email which worked beautifully as we have a 5 hour time difference from the UK. We had 2 possible buyers within days of the flat coming onto the market and Bushells arranged all the necessary surveys and viewings that were required. They even found us a top notch solicitor to handle the conveyancing and other legal issues. I would certainly recommend them without any hesitation to anyone with a property to sell in the Fulham area.

Josh and Matt are were excellent during the whole process of purchasing my property. I would definitely recommend them as they are an estate agent you can trust. Even though the purchase took longer than expected they kept both parties well informed from start to finish. Also the initial negotiations went very smoothly. I am grateful for the service they provided and would use again without hesitation.

Not only did Bushells achieve a record price for my house, but their advice was spot on. We started the bid low and got people through the door to drive interest. Thoroughly professional and fantastic communication. A top agency and would thoroughly recommend.

Joshua was very helpful throughout the proccess of buying my flat providing advice on what level I should put my offer at as there were other parties also interested in the property. This could have been a difficult situation, especially as this was my first purchase but he guided me through it without being pushy or making me feel pressured. He was polite and helpful and kept me up to speed with things as my purchase progressed, again it wasn\'t without the odd issue or two but I\'m pleased that it all went through ok and Bushells and Josh in particular did a great job.

We had a number of apartments to sell in Fulham. We initially appointed joint agency but it was clear that Bushells were the only game in town. They gave excellent feedback, introduced only serious buyers and did not waste my time with information or applicants that did not warrant my attention. They proved a good filter. They sold all our apartments, the other agents none. Why go elsewhere?

Mat and josh were very helpful and understood my needs as a buyer. They are the most polite and caring estate agents i have dealt with ever. estate agents don\'t have the best name but if they were more like mat then buying or selling would be a better business. I would recommend them to anyone i come into contact with.

I selected Bushellls from my shortlist because they have a good local reputation for getting results. I appointed at the same time another agent on a joint "winner takes all" basis. Bushells got off to a flying start and within a matter of hours had sent their negotiators round to personally familiarise themselves with the property. Within two or three days the formalities were complete and several viewings organised. we recently sold our flat using this Bushells office and they were honestly the best estate agents we\'ve used. they were extremely efficient in getting the property marketed, took some really good pictures for the details, were proactive in getting viewings, and had the property sold within a couple of weeks. they were also the only agent we\'ve used to chase up progress toward exchange of contracts without us having to do all the hassling. their efficiency and professionalism certainly helped in making the experience of selling much less stressful than usual. would definitely use them again.

We found Bushells very easy to deal with. They marketed the property effectively, ensuring that a number of potential buyers were found on the first day we made it available for viewing. They provided helpful advice throughout the process. It was evident that they had good local knowledge. Once the sale was agreed, they were very responsive and did everything possible to ensure that the transaction progressed smoothly. Most importantly, they were honest and straightforward and quietly professional.

I was really impressed with Josh (and Bushell’s) throughout the whole process. He was constantly in contact with updates on both sides and really couldn’t have been more helpful. I felt his advice was always very honest and not salesy or pushy. I\'m a first time buyer and he made the experience a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.

The sales guys at Bushells Fulham Rd provided a great service from start to finish. They were realistic from the outset and didn\'t put the property on at a price that was unachieveable, just to get my business. They explained the market conditions and told me the price they felt it could be sold for, which matched my expectations. The selling/buying process can be quite stressful at times, but the guys helped move the process along, chasing up solicitors to get the deal over the line. Having both purchased and sold through them now I have seen it from both sides and would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible- never use this agency! Property dirty when we moved in. Despite billing it as newly decorated, the flat was incredibly shoddily painted/carpeted. Took weeks to respond when we had plumbing problems. Lettings managing agent rude and unresponsive. To top it all off, they tried to keep 90% of our deposit at the end, even though we left the property in immaculate condition! Basically tried to steal our deposit! Steer well clear! I never usually write these reviews but we are so shocked by our treatment which has left an incredibly sour taste in our mouths!

Matthew Tuck and Matthew Goss - Bushells were a pleasure to deal with during the purchase of my new property. They were both professional and very helpfull on all aspects of my purchase. I would not hesitate in recommending them as excellent agents in Fulham.

They thoroughly understood our needs and were very responsive in all forms of communication.
