I had a very positive experience with Bushells. Luke promptly responded to all my emails and queries and tried to be flexible with arranging viewings around my work schedule. I have been particulalry impressed that this has continued in the post-completion period - with any miscellanous queries since moving in still being quickly dealt with.

Luke Parle was excellent in every respect; he was very proactive to help speed up the buying process. He was easy to contact, very polite and an asset to Bushells. He was extremely helpful with all my requests and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Bushells purely on the basis of my experience with Luke Parle; I did not have any contact with anyone else. A very pleasant young man indeed.

Natalie was really helpful with our property search. I first enquired about a flat which was already vacant, considering my move date was a few weeks in the future, I was sceptical about viewing, however Natalie assured me that the Landlord might wait. We saw the property and loved it! And Natalie was very efficient- along with her manager Sean, in getting our first offer agreed! We had asked for a few things to be done to the property and the day before move in Natalie went to the property to check it had been done! Very efficient and very impressed!

I bought the property with Bushells in order to let, and in both they were very helpful. The reason I came to give this review was that the lettings service was really excellent. I was fortunate to receive professional advice from a courteous and friendly, legally qualified member of the lettings team, which quickly led to full tenancy under terms that both I and the tenants are pleased with.

The most important when renting is not finding a flat, any agent can do that, it\'s what happens after. I\'ve had tenancies with 3 different agencies since I came to the UK, and Bushells has proved far more reliable and professional than the other ones. I\'ve had to contact them twice regarding small repairs in the flat, each time they sent someone within 24 hours, no hidden charges, no questions asked. A pleasure. Some agencies in the same situation will put you through a long interview to find out if they can in any way make you responsible... The check out was also very straightforward, my deposit was returned quickly enough with no petty haggling. In summary, no bad surprise in nearly two years with them. They do their job, and they do it fast and well.

We used Bushells to sell our flat that we had previously rented out. As the property was vacant when it went on the market, we really needed an Agent who would take on the full responsibility of showing the flat and being the main point of contact. Jack and Luke were able to do this professionally and efficiently. They were great at getting back to us promptly when we had any questions, and were very good at chasing things on our behalf during the completion and exchange phases. As we weren\'t available to show people round or give anyone access to the flat ourselves, Bushells took this on effortlessly and made the whole process much easier for us. We really appreciate all their hard work - thanks guys!

Katharina Roth kept me informed in a very timely and professional manner throughout the entire letting process. I appreciate how friendly she was and how quickly she got back to me. Bushells have been courteous, responsive and professional from the outset. They have helped recommend suitable firms to carry out works on the flat, they have advised me on strategy for gaining the most rent, they have also helped manage a delicate situation whereby I wanted to sell the property but retain a tenant in situ. Overall I would highly recommend them.

We have rented out our property through Bushells for four years now and the service they provide is excellent. Communication from them is regular and professionally delivered and they are prompt in responding to any calls or emails from ourselves within a couple of hours, sooner if it is urgent. We were selling our property while living abroad. This made it very difficult to arrange surveyors, builders and various other people, who needed come to the property at various times over a six month period. The team were very accommodating at not only letting people in to the flat, but arranging builder\'s quotes for us. The sale wouldn\'t have been able to go through without them. Jack was proactive in getting things done, and moving the sale on, when we issues with survey reports and solicitors. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I first encountered Bushells Clapham via Jack, who came to value my property when I was considering selling it. Professional, friendly and clearly experienced, he gave me great confidence in the agency. Therefore, when I decided not to sell for the moment, Bushells were my first choice for lettings. Sophie initially dealt with me and was also a pleasure to speak to and extremely efficient. On transferring branches, Sophie handed me over to Natalie, who found my new tenants and has handled the whole process since then (they moved in three days ago - all going well so far). Like the rest of the team, she\'s been great - very happy I made the decision to go with Bushells and I would definitely recommend them.

Luke handled my case brilliantly, he was available at all times and continuously went above and beyond to keep the sael on track and to assist with things that my not being close to the property meant that I was unable to achieve for example meter readings, letting in painters etc. I am 100% satisfied with his help

Luke was amazing. As a first time buyer I was more than a little bit naive to the whole process - Luke was informative and supportive throughout, and he was never pushy. It was nice to feel like I wasn\'t being sold to, but rather had a supportive and knowledgeable consultant to aid me in buying the property. Luke also did a great job of liaising with the solicitors and my financial advisor, keeping everyone on track. Highly recommended to any sellers or buyers out there looking for a decent, honest professional.

We have been thoroughly impressed with the service received by Jack and Kevin at Bushells. Right from the start when we enquired about putting our flat on the market, they were professional and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the number of viewings and the speed at which we received an offer. However, they really earnt their fee from this point to exchange where Jack kept in constant contact with us to ensure we were fully aware of what was happening and answering any questions we had throughout. Jack always resonded to our calls or emails, I can\'t find fault with any of the service. Thank you Bushells!

We cannot recommend Bushells enough; we were really delighted with the service Luke and the rest of the team at Bushells Clapham provided us. We found Luke to be incredibly helpful, trustworthy and professional throughout the purchase of our property. Unsurprisingly there were some hitches but Luke was always on the ball, forever chasing everyone up and keeping us updated daily. Buying your first property is always going to be daunting but knowing we could email/phone Luke and get answers or advice almost straight away was a godsend. Thank you guys!

Very smooth process from viewing the house to getting the keys and moving in. Sophie was professional at all times and our search was quick and easy. We moved in without a hitch and the flat is great - just what we were looking for. Everything was explained in detail and was as we expected - any issues that did arise were dealt with promptly. A really excellent service - very hard to find fault with at any level and not just this year but on every one of the last three years I have used them: valuations set at the right level, applicants lists clearly well maintained leading to early lettings, feedback on viewings is practical, frequent and helpful and any queries were addressed responsively. Management issues also are handled promptly and in a practical way. Both Melissa and Sophie were a joy to work with and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We interviewed 3 agents before selecting Bushells. We selected them over the others because from our first contact they assessed and priced the flat in the most professional manner. It was not the highest price suggested but we considered it a realistic price. The Bushells team, in particular Jack, never came across as too pushy, nor too laid back. Throughout the process Jack remained interested in achieving the goal of selling our flat, keeping in regular contact with us and the buyers and so smoothing out some of the natural hiccups that occur in the conveyancing process. In particular when we were embroiled through our buyers in the HSBC mortgage fiasco he remained tenacious, but cool and calm - it all paid off in the end and the sale went through. Jack certainly earnt his fee for Bushells and I would (and have) highly recommended them.
