I have been dealing with Dulwich Branch since 1995. I saw an ad that Bushells have arrived in Docklands. My property had been on market for nearly 4 weeks thorough another well-known agent with little success. However, David Alexander of Bushells Docklands secured a tenant within a week by a smooth and safe procedure. Thank you David and all the Team at Bushells.

I really liked the sevice from these guys, friendly, patient and just cheerful in general. I\'ve dealt with quite a few agents over my recent move and I wouldn\'t recommend any of the others who were very pushy and in your face. The guys at Bushells were very relaxed. They helped me a lot in getting my credit checks and guarantor checks and all that together (which wasn\'t easy!) and even gave me a lift well out of their way one evening to get me somewhere completely unrelated on-time! Thanks guys, big thumbs up!

After a false start with another lettings agency I was delighted with the approach and service I received from Bushells. The efficiency was impressive, from the first meeting when Mark just got on with it and took the photos, in case we decided to use them, to marketing the property. The turn around tme for organising (at no fee) PAt tests, EPCs etc., was really impressive. They just take a lot of the administration on. Katrina in the wapping office is very efficient as well. I would absolutely recommend this firm.

Although I have been letting out my flat for over 20 years on a "Tenant Find" only basis, this was the first time that I had used Bushells. My previous experience has been that agents are very helpful until the tenant has been found, doing only what they are contracted for, but Bushells went that extra mile. Mat found the tenant and then Katharina took over the paperwork and pulled it all together, guiding me through the new Deposit Scheme and such like, which she didn\'t need to do, but thankfully did. Very impressive and always very pleasant making me feel as valued as the tenant.

Agent did not show up to hand over keys, promised repairs were not done, property very dirty on move in. Got S21 on move in. Moving out, they wanted to keep deposit. Lot's of trouble, will never deal with them again.

This is simply untrue. Keys are collected from offices when contract is signed. Bushells does not issue S21 on move-in. We NEVER keep deposits, they are hald in accordance with 2004 Housing Act and returned in accordance with the terms of the same. If your issues were true, you should have made a complaint rather than post anonymous allegations.
