I have been extremely impressed with the care, help, advice and vast array of local knowledge that all in the Budleigh Salterton Office have shown when helping me to rent out my property. I was coming to the end of renovating my cottage, which had been quite a saga, as I live 90 miles away, and was on the verge of renting it out when we suffered a family bereavement. Davina and all in the team took over the reins and managed the whole business of finding suitable tenants and ironing out all the initial teething problems with immense compassion, common sense and professionalism. It was a huge relief to have Davina in charge as she was always on hand to reassure, but also had an exemplory knowledge of the local market and her business. Everyone in the office were helpful, efficient and friendly, it was always a pleasure to phone up and speak to a calm, capable voice with it all going on at such a long distance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bradleys as an agent to let your property.

Everyone in this office deserves a five star rating for their unending efforts, enthusiasm and professionalism. We did not have one moment during the entire selling process where we had to wonder what was being done on our behalf to find prospective purchasers and beyond. Long after their duties were fulfilled they were all still working on our behalf and making sure everything continued to proceed as it should.
Robin has a very relaxed manner of dealing with both buyers and sellers and is a credit to the profession and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell in the southwest.

We found the Budleigh Salterton Bradleys\' office staff to be effective, supportive, and efficient in helping our selection of properties to visit, showing the properties, dealing with vendors, and proactively managing communications between all involved. Mr Robin Burne helpfully showed a range of properties in a knowledgeable and relaxed way, which helped our appreciation of each house. He dealt professionally with offers made, communicated promptly with sellers, and issued confirmatory letters on the same day. Mr Burne dealt sensitively with both sellers and ourselves including times when illness and other difficulties could have prevented the success of our purchase.

Extremely efficient and courteous service from first contact to completion and follow-up. Prompt replies to all phone and e-mail enquiries and on time for all appointments. Most helpful liaising between solicitors, vendors and us to make the whole process virtually seamless. A first class branch of this estate agency.

Both of the named agents were prepared to go to the greatest lengths to ensure that our purchase was completed with the greatest satisfaction on our part, at the same time taking care of the requirements of the vendor. They kept us well informed of the state of play of the sale/purchase, and were most obliging at all times. We would say that they went beyond the immediate calls of their brief as selling agents to ensure that every matter that they were concerned with as selling agents went as well as possible. We would have no qualms in recommending them as agents to friends either buying or selling a property.

Davina\'s way of helping the prospective buyer is to treat them as they were a friend and this shows in the way she not only helps you in the purchase of a property, but in the things she does outside of the normal buying process. The whole experience was the best I have ever received from an Estate Agent and if all were of the quality of this lady they would have a far higher standing. Everything that was of a concern to myself was quickly dealt with and in a manner that showed itself that she wanted to help,not just a passing explanation to my query,something when spending a large amount of money as house purchasing is nowdays always a concern. I can thoroughly recomend Davina Kilner ,Senior Negotiator for all her help and kindness and in doing so, Bradleys Estate Agents, Budleigh Salterton.

our experience of renting through bradleys was, on the whole, very good. Any problems we have had have been dealt with reasonablt efficiently. There were however a couple of factors which let the process down. Firstly the costs involved for the reference checks is extortionate in comparison to other companies! the reference company also contacted our previous landlord even though we were assured they would not contact them until we had given them consent to do so. this led to a rather tricky situation for my wife to deal with.

I had been looking for a house in Budleigh Saltertonadleys for a while when i met Davina Kilner at Bradleys. I told her my requirements and from that moment on she provided me with houses to view which matched my criteria. It did not take long to find my perfect house and with Davina\'s help and persitance my offer was accepted and the purchase went through. She was very proffessional in every way and made the whole process reasonably pain free. Thank goodness for people like her. Thank you as well to the whole team at this exceptional office.

Friendly and efficient service from a local company. We needed to rent a property temporarily while our house is being repaired after flooding. As well as the upheaval this was causing us, we also were told of a family bereavement at the time we were making the application, and had to start planning a funeral to be held 350 miles away! Fortunately the whole application process, including taking up references, was trouble-free. Robin delivered the documents to us by hand, which saved time and trouble. We are happy to recommend them to other prospective renters.

Davina was very helpful in keeping us fully informed during a very difficult and protracted purchase, caused by difficulties with other parties in the chain. She was very proo-active and was continually cheerful despite having to deal with our frustrations during the process. She is an excellent representative for Bradleys.

I was kept informed at all times of issues relating to the transaction. It is clear that close contact was also maintained with our solicitors. Naturally, the agency acts for the vendor in this situation but the staff treated me as a valued customer, too. On occasion, permission to visit this (empty) property was sought in order to discuss matters with surveyor, electrician, heating engineer etc. Robin quickly arranged accompanied visits for this purpose.

Both Robin Burne and Davina were very reliable when telephoning with queries and always tried to answer my questions and would always telephone back when required. They kept me informed on progress and always made themselves available to assist when requesting to visit the property. Which I did fairly frequently! Once contracts had been exchanged Mr Burne was particularly active in helping arrange completion dates and on the day of completion was the most prominent person assisting with completion. I do not hesitate to recommend Mr Burne and his assistant Ms Kilner in the purchase of property and would like to thank them for their kindness and assistance in my particular purchase.

I have used Bradleys on two occasions now to find tenants for our flat in Budleigh Salterton. In both cases thay have found ideal tenants very quickly on a tenant find basis only.. Their service is efficient friendly and very professional. In addotion Robin is helpful in giving property advice and recommending other advisers in the town.

After over 70 viewings, 2 abortive chains breaking down followed by two cash offers within a few days, Robin Burne and his team were at all times totally \'hands on\' and kept me informed of what was, or not, happening at all times. I would most certainly use their services again.

In my search for a property in my local area, Bradley\'s Estate Agents were the only agents who actively bought properties to my attention, emailed me advance notice of press advertisements, called me to arrange viewings on the day details were listed and cheerfully arranged viewings after five thirty! I was also really impressed with the cross-office working - agents in one town liaised proactively with another in order to provide a really effective - cross area service.
