    Would you use the agent again? No


    really awful service by this estate agents. They make trying to rent a property a more difficult process than necessary. You show interest in a place and they chase you - even on the weekend and then when you\'ve agreed terms they do not get in contact with you. It\'s unbelievably awful. Communication and customer service is lacking. There are so many other more professional estate agents. I would award them 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

    Would you use the agent again? No


    Used Anscombes to find a tenant for my property. Found a good tenant but were totally incapable of completing even the simplest administrative procedures. Told that they would take holding deposit but then told that this would be illegal. Told they would provide tenancy agreement but then told this would take several days to complete - so supplied my own. Left in the dark Till the last minute as to whether tenant was taking property or not. Finally had to chase to get payment of monies owing from agent. Found I had to deal with different members of staff in different departments in order to get matters resolved. Dealt with several agents over the years - but never dealt with such a poor service as this. Would NEVER use their "service" again as a tenant finding agent.
