Just wanted to thank Euan, Elaine and the team for their help purchasing my latest property. From start to finish they were truly excellent and made the whole process very easy. I have bought many houses over the years but buying with this team working in Andrews Estate Agents was a pleasure. The team kept me up to date and when they needed something either from myself or solicitor they made this very easy. They always called back to inform of progress or to follow up messages I left for them. I think service like this with estate agents should be more like this. The agent and staff helped my family during a difficult and highly emotional time for us The property sold belonged to our mother and it was there that we grew from children to adults. The sale was handled with great sensitivity but also with realism. The result was that the property was sold quickly and the path to achieving exchange of contracts was made easy and smooth. The Agent and staff kept us well informed throughout the process and were very patient in answering my queries and always returned calls. The photographs of the property were very good indeed. I would certainly have no hesitation in using this agent again.

Of the agents I invited to discuss handling the sale of my house, I was impressed by the professionalism and positivity of Euan Woodman. He listened to my requirements for the sale and gave me sound advice. His knowledge of the area and surrounding properties/sales was superior to other agents consulted, to the extent that he recommended advertising a justifiable sale price almost 20% higher. Andrews also quoted a competitive rate for their services. My selection of Andrews to handle the sale was totally justified. Within 3 weeks (yes, 3 weeks), my house had been valued, advertised, viewed and a price negotiated. I could not have wished for better service!

Euan Woodman provided a good service for both our sale and onward purchase and we were happy with both processes. He was readily available to provide help and advice on both matters. From our initial contact through to completion of sale Andrews of Newbridge were totally professional whilst displaying real humanity, especially when were experiencing some highs and lows which sometimes go with the territory. They fulfilled their promise to achieve the highest price for our property despite the difficult market. Communications were very good and we do not hesitate to recommend Andrews of Newbridge to others for consideration.

House sold on Clarence Place, Lower Weston, Bath. Euan came round to measure the rooms and take photos on the Saturday. House officially on the market on the following Wednesday and was sold exactly a week later! All staff polite, friendly and efficient. Thanks to Euan, Elaine, Sally and Rosie for all their help. Great service!

We recently sold our house in Bath. Our house was sold befor it was put on the market. We met Euan on saturday and he persuaded us to choose them for the sale. He is a excellent negotiator .Our house was sold on Tuesday. We could not believe it. He did an excellent job as he promised. The team was amazing too. They kept us inform every stages. House sale; not stressful at all :)) if you choose Andrews, particularly this branch, especially Euan.

Euan Woodman was the first person I dealt with at Andrews and he was always very positive , reassuring and realistic about selling my house. There was some difficulties in sale but Euan always did his best to sort it out . he advertised well and certainly got lots of people to view the property and kept the interest up for nearly a year. All friendlt approacable staff who kept me beliecving i would eventually get a sale. Thanl you

Wanted a quick sale as I was moving abroad. Not the cheapest quote I got but went with them as hoped they would get a quick sale. They did get lots of viewings and I got an offer within two weeks. Once I left the country they kept me up to date by email and where very good at keeping my parents in the loop.

My partner and I recently sold our flat on Newbridge road with Andrews. Rosie, who was our agent, did a fantastic job. She was very quick putting all our details online and advertising our property in their window and we got visits within a few days and accepted an offer the same week. We were unlucky to lose our buyer and had to put it back on the market and she then found again a new buyer within days. Although the whole process was rather bumpy and stressful because of various solicitor paperwork issues and buyer\'s requests, Rosie was very helpful and proactive and managed to keep the whole chain together until completion. I would strongly recommend Andrews for the sale of a property and also Kelly Simms for the mortgage advice and house insurance.

Selling a house is an extremely stressful process, Euan and Elaine handled my sale with professional calm, patience and an unusual amount of good, common sense. The advice I received was grounded in reality and their approach gave me complete confidence. Euan Woodman understood his area and market so well that he was able to introduce me to a proceedable buyer, within the same day of our meeting. Euan and Elaine managed to achieve something I would not have believed possible; a house sale that was completed, from first meeting to Completion in two months. And all carried out in such a friendly, good humoured manner. I would recommend this Estate Agency and this professional team to anyone.

Five star service without a doubt. When Rosie Marlow from Andrews, Bath Central Office first came to view the property I had for sale, she immediately came across as very professional, friendly and trustworthy. She worked quickly and efficiently and had the property advertised in the newspaper only 3 days after receiving my instructions. She kept me informed of viewings and offers received throughout the short time the property remained for sale, and so did Rob when Rosie was not available. Rosie stayed involved throughout the conveyancing process, and kept things moving, which achieved completion only six weeks after receiving the offer. All in all a good experience, and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I had a very good experience with Andrews through the purchase of my property. The viewing process was flexible and viewings were arranged at short notice and the offer process (by Rob) was handled professionally with updates being given regularly. What was most impressive was the engagement after the sale was agreed. Throughout the conveyancing process Rosie was involved, keeping things moving and liaising between myself and the vendor on small issues that would have taken ages through the solicitors! Overall a good experience.

Sarah Carpenter provided a very professional and reliable service. She was very helpful in giving me many viewings in order to help me organise the renovation of the property, and was always reliable and punctual. In particular, she helped me with a tricky negotiation. A very efficient service, and I will be returning to Andrews in the future.

We would like to put on record that we were extremely satisfied with the manner in which Andrews, Newbridge, handled the sale of our house. All staff at that office were efficient, courteous and agreeable. Although we did not, in the end, do any business through the City Centre office, your representative, Dan, was also very efficient and professional. We would recommend Andrews to anybody seeking an estate agent.

This particular branch of Andrews is helpful, friendly professional and to us, the service did feel personal and genuine. We felt as thought they really cared about finding us our next house and were really pleased and happy for us when we did. Keith (Assistant Branch Manager) is outstanding in terms of his customer care, patience and professionalism. As too is Tony - we always felt like they really knew what was going on rather than blagging it! They have the biggest profile in the immediate area so as well as Andrews being a big hitter in Bath, they are definitely the ones to sell with in Newbridge / Weston. They also value fairly and are honest and realistic whilst quite clearly working for your interests. From our experience, I would trust them and would recommend them to others looking either to buy or sell.
