   Fantastic.

   constant communication, instant answers, realistic pricing and reasonable fees are all to be commended by Richard and his team.

   Other big-name agents need to take a leaf out of vickery\'s books and realise that people want quality, not quantity of sales offices

   This just happened recently.. I was going to rent a property that I really like in Frimley. Made an offer done all the paper works but they keep me waiting, they don't even give me a call just for an update... They are not very friendly & helpful at all specially one agent in particular!! First they told me my guarantor has been declined! But then they told me they are waiting for the landlords go signal... I've been calling them everyday! I keep chasing this agent and his work mate keep telling me he's not in the office. Then I got really upset then suddenly he told me "you won't believe me he just came through the door".

   They sounded professional to begin with. But are terrible to deal with when it comes to buying from them. Telephone conversations are often very short (1 minute maximum) and unfriendly, as if they even don't want to talk to you.

   Booked two viewings of the same house. The first one was cancelled because the seller took it off the market, only to be back on the market a week later. Rebooked the viewing and again, a day before the viewing we got a cancellation again because they sold the property. Very fishy. We asked about why this is happening again and why couldn't they wait till all booked viewings were completed, we got a very cold reply " That's the way it works".

   We find them extremely cold and unprofessional in the way they deal with potential buyers. All other estate agents in the area are much more approachable and friendly.

   Would you use the agent again? No

   Reasonable to deal with initially (not overly friendly, just business like), but the check-in and check-out was very intimidating and unfriendly. Deposit return was an issue due to very minor cleaning issues (dust in uplighters!). Final cost was less than their estimate. Strangely no mention of big pink stain on carpet though! (however this was a few years ago now, in 2000)

   Fantastic result got offers in excess of the asking price within 7 days of the property coming on to the market. Great service overall! A real personal touch!
