I attempted to arrange a viewing with this agency, but got bogged down with all the 'againsts' for clients who receive some LHA. For instance, the gentleman I spoke to tried to tell me there was a law that buy-to-let property owners are not allowed to rent to tenants on housing benefit, which is patently not true. Overall, I was treated like a 10 year old, although I am a mature woman of 67.
