I have been living with Tully for almost 2 years and as for me they were really helpful and nice. I have faced couple of problems that been solved as soon as possible. I even asked for developing not just repairing which were all done in an acceptable time. also they were likely flexible in late of payment couple of times. I would absolutely recommend them in the future.

I am in my current address for three years now, they are very responsive and I had no problems at all. Couple of times I had some issues with the property, but they fixed it in no time. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been renting a flat since almost a year and a half, and I think Tully is very cooperative agency. just by getting any problem I call or run toward the agency address in Albert road to get very fast help from all the people their. I honestly recommend for any student to check the agency regularly to get good offers. thanks

I have been a tent with tullyandco for 8 months now and my experience has been very pleasant. I spend some time overseas and they have been very flexible with the rent.
as for the maintaince i have to say they have been always quick to respond and didn't take them more than a day to sort an issues with the property. when I moved in there where some area's which was overlooked by the cleaning crew so I contacted them and they responded immediately. also when I wanted to install few shelving units in my place they installed for me FREE of charge. The manger didn't charge me office fees when I signed the contract and he responded by saying we want to support oversea students and make good relation with our tents who seem responsible.
I highly recommend them THEY ARE Great agency. they also gave me a free mug ^_^Was this review helpful? Yes

i have used Tullys for letting my flats in Southsea while i am abroad, and have found them to be excellent in their service and very fair to the tennents and landlord . the agressive manner of some of the tenants when aproaching landlords or agents could damage a good relation, its always better to sort out the problems amicbly and discuss things for the benefit of both parties.

I rented with Tully and Co for 3 years and always found it a very easy and very pleasant experience. I had no problems with the staff and as long as I reported my maintenance in the correct way I generally found this was done in a reasonable time frame. I have always recommended them to my friends and would do so happily knowing they will be looked after as a could of them have gone to them and had no bad experiences either. If I ever find myself needing to rent a home again I would definately go back to Tullys :))))

at first they seemed professional and easy to deal with, how wrong was i? they were easy to deal with when there was no problems and it came to rent, however when it came to deal with the problems and important stuff they were difficult and slower than molasses on a cold day. my property that i was living seemed fine at first but there were one or two issues such as the bowing shelving in the kitchen cupboard and dodgy extractor along with a water leak that had been "cleared up", they attempted to with these problems the best they could. then the real problems started, the bathroom... Absolutely diabolical service. Employees were rude and lazy, only concerned with taking rent money. Took forever for anything to get fixed after constant phone calls and visits. Make up lies so they can deduct from your deposit. Was told my deposit would be transferred back to my bank account within 10 days of moving out. 2 months on I am STILL without my money, have received no explanation after constant contact with them. Apparently a cheque is on the way to me via second class postage I just want my money back. AVOID TULLY AT ALL COST.

I found this company to be appalling. They were horrible to deal with, nothing ever got done. We moved into the house and found it to be incredibly dirty and worn. There was tobacco all over the counters, dust and dirt all over the carpets and don't even get me started on the bathroom and toilet. After numerous calls (about 7) they FINALLY sent someone over to sort out the mould which was found in many places throughout the house. When we leave our house in June we will be complaining to the local ombudsman complain in the strongest possible terms regarding the poor customer service which we have received from this company. The manner in which we have been spoken to and treated by their employees is appalling.
A number of times our tenants have spoken to *****, we were spoken to very aggressively and rudely. She is something your company should be ashamed of!
Whilst we accept limitations on contractual agreements we do not accept being spoken to in such an unsatisfactory manner nor do we feel that you are representing the landlord in favourable way as we are left with no option than to be brutally honest with any prospective tenants as to the condition of the property and the manner in which the property is currently manged.
We and any of our friends will never use tullys again and are currently writing an article for pugwash (the uni magazine) so every at the uni knows how rude you are.
**Fellow Portsmouth students, if you are reading this go with another company!!**

Terrible staff, rude, uncaring, ignorant. Could phone up 5 or 6 times in one day and still not get a call back. All problems are ignored unless they can blame you for it. The roof has been leaking for 2 years, it still hasn't been fixed. Their technique seems to be: Ignore problem, and treat tenants badly, until they no longer want to phone to complain.

I used Tullys for nearly a year when I was student in Portsmouth University. I found them very helpful and quick in dealing with any problems that I had. Will recommend to my friends.

This is the second year i have rented through Tully's. i was initially attracted by their wide choice of properties at reasonable prices. The staff are always helpful and approachable, and any issues relating to my house have been rectified extremely quickly. I will be reconmending them to my friends in the future -cant fault them! :)

I am a first time Landlady of the property that John is referring to below and I can hand on heart say that I thought that Tullys dealt with the situation in a totally professional manner from start to finish.
Tullys had to deal with a man who was unreasonable, confrontational, tried to be physically intimidating and broke most AST rules (keeping cats, damaging property (the door was damaged by the client as he admitted to myself not from a freak gust of wind), changing locks, running a carpet cleaning business from the flat, owe a month and half's worth of rent etc etc).
Tullys keep their integrity when dealing with an awkward tenant and if Tullys weren't there I don't know how I could have dealt with the situation.
To clarify, neither Tullys nor I called him a liar - I wanted my flat back in one piece not trashed (which John actually left in a very good state, shame he did a bunk without paying the last months rent and half of the previous months rent) so I wasn't going to antagonise him because who knew what he would do next!

Absolute c***s. We pay rent on time, ignore the small little problems and just get on with things, had inspection and told them our issues..... nothing done. Bathroom door jammed shut as it was not fitted properly (showed them on inspection) had to break out . 4months, 15 phone calls, 3 visits and 2 letters later, still not fixed, this door is the only door between bathroom and kitchen so effectively having to go to toilet in kitchen. I arranged door to be fixed out of rent money, Now being threatened to have deposit taken unless we pay the rest. All they do is make excuses for mistakes and not deal with issues! Avoid!!!

Terrible terrible company, accused me and fellow tenants of having pets on the premises despite having no such thing, claimed there was an infestation of fleas apon finishing the tenancey and operated completley outside the law with relation to our contracts. Slow and Rude
Avoid at all costs if you can.

I wouldn't recommend using Tully's. They are very slow at getting anything done and are pretty rude when you go into see them or try to phone them. It took them almost a month to just ask our landlady whether we could have a sky aerial fitted, they just kept forgetting and appologising. Every issue took far too long to sort out and they would only ever do the bare minimum.
I've spoken to many people who have rented with Tully's and I'm yet to hear a good word.

By far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to use. House was dirty, flea-ridden, there were holes in the ceiling and walls which we had been assured would be fixed before we moved in, despite being advertised as a furnished student house there were no beds!!
Staff are rude and ignorant, treat tenants as though they are stupid, problems reported were continually "forgotten" or "lost" and work was never completed during a 9 month tenancy on the holes that were supposed to be fixed before we moved in.
When it came to moving out the house was left in a better, cleaner condition than when we moved in yet they kept the deposit for cleaning and - get this - the two holes which were there before we moved in and continually reported. Worst of all, a work collegue moved into the house after me and this work had not been carried out.
Avoid this company at all costs!!
