The service was very good. They are less corporate sales orientated than others yet remained as Professional in their services. They found a tenant inside 24hrs, advised me without bias on what level of cover re insurance I needed and the various extras available (rather than a hard sell).
In short- professional, friendly, very good VFM and much more personalised than others I've come across before.Was this review helpful? Yes

Excellent service and a real pleasure to deal with'; not only did James find us a lovely flat, he made the whole process really easy for us. He restored my faith in Estate Agents!

Both my wife and I found the customer service provided by all the member of Truepennys very prompt and very professional at all times. They made the whole experience smooth and painless. Heartily recommend them.

I have recently sold my house through Truepennies and can recommend them. Not having recent experince of the process I was reliant on there advice and felt confident in it. Selling a house is not a straightforward process and it is important to have that trust. Luke did much of the work and Ryan got involved at the more testing moments. There advice on pricing was good.

As a first first time landlord I was completely clueless when it came to renting out my property. I called around a few agents and I decided to choose Truepennys to take control of the day to day running of my home in East Dulwich. I met with James, the lettings manager who was extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. I felt completely assured that my property was in safe hands and they are still demonstrating their capabilties to this day. I would highly recommend this agent to anyone who expects a five star service from professinal and personal people.
