Have just moved into a property managed by TLC and we have not complaints at all so far! Application fees for are pretty reasonable in comparison to other agencies, staff are polite and responsive to questions during the application process, and once we moved in the couple of small issues we had have been dealt with promptly. A real pleasure to do business with them - how refreshing compared to most lettings agents!
