In June 2010 the water started dripping from our ceiling. We asked Townends for help but they said there was nothing they could do. I had to find the private telephone number of the gentlemen owning flat above us myself; as you can imagine it wasn't easy.
Townends officers did nothing to help us fix the problem, acting in the most unprofessional way, almost parading their indifference.
It is December. For six months we have been living in a flat where walls and ceilings are covered with mould. We have been catching colds from sleeping with windows open to fight the headache causing smell.
Few days ago, Townends got back to us, offering
