I have used TMD as a lettings agency for over seven years and I have found them exemplary.
Everyone there : Carol,Jayne, Joel and Steve have all been really helpful and efficient. I have had no trouble with the tenants they have found for me. TMD are not only friendly and approachable but they understand the client and act according to their wishes. You get a real personal service. In the past they have gone beyond the call of duty to help and advise me on matters to do with my property and I would recommend them without hesitation.Was this review helpful? Yes

Joel the estate agent rented us a fab 2 bed property but made a school boy error of telling us about a property next door almost identical to ours for

Very good agency with friendly and efficient staff. We were able to rent our flat very fast. My only compaint is their insistence on a guarantor for the rent. I wasn't prepared to do this, so I opted to pay 6 months in advance and when you do this they keep two months as deposit, in addition to the 6 weeks standard, and this amount is outside the DPS. However, bar them going bankrupt I can't see any problem recouping this money, as we have a proper receipt for the cash.
