That review relates to 5 years ago so things may have changed since.
Generally quite satisfied, no renewal charges on new contract, quite flexible on contract terms.
One issue though which happened to a friend renting from TLS: When they move in the rental house, the small garden shed in the garden was full of old things (furtnitures, bikes, garden stuff, etc..) and that was not checked nor picked up in the inventory. When they moved up one year later, the shed was still full and during the inventory, the agency kept £350 from the deposit for cleaning up the shed. First of all I think £350 for cleaning up such a small shed was a rip off and the agency must have made some profits on it.
But, most importantly, they did not agree that it was their mistake despite the shed not even mentionned in the first inventory clearly proving that it was their mistake.

I am quite surprised to read such comments as there is no record of this end of tenancy. I'm not sure whether there is a reference to the wrong agency, however if address details could be supplied this matter could be investigated further.
