WE were interested in buying a property in Norbury, made the appointment 3 times, the first 2 times my husband called them to confirm and they said the current tenants were out so they cancelled short notice (40 minutes before the appointment and only cs we called them) the last time they confirmed the appointment, we got to the property and they were not there, we called the branch (the guy didnt want to leave us his mobile number) and no one answered, we left a voicemai, they never called back.

My review is in regards to Time2Move in South London in particular the Streatham office. The 'service' provided was absolutelty diabolical, so bad it could not be called a service. The communication was completely lacking. They refused to explain anything to me, including the terms and conditions, their fees, the tenancy agreement, how to handle the deposit. I was left completely on my own. For some unknown reason they also refused to send me any documentation. I have spent nearly everyday for the past 3 weeks trying to get hold of the tenancy agreement, terms and conditions etc. The... (read more)

Their advice was detailed and valuable and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble. They even remembered me six months after I had first contacted them. I wish other estate agents were this professional and offered a personal service that Time2Move seem to manage in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

They charge a weeks rent + VAT as admin fee but do very little administration. We got just one set of keys, the other is still with the previous tenant. Time2move can't be bothered to get the keys from them.
